I've been coming to Shell Erin Ridge for years and it's always been a pleasant experience. The staff and owner are incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or needs. The convenience store is well-stocked and clean, offering a great variety of snacks and drinks. Fuel prices are competitive and the station is well-maintained, making it easy to fill up quickly and get back on the road. The car wash is also a great bonus, leaving my car sparkling clean every time. Highly recommend this location for excellent service and convenience!

I was recommended to come here from the salesman at the Honda dealership next door to this gas station and I’m glad I listened! Super friendly service, overall well kept tidy station and tons of snack options! Recommend to all in Erin ridge and St. Albert !

My fav local station! Clean store, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and they always have some sort of customer appreciation games and giveaways going on, I won a free slushi once and my friend got a complimentary car wash! Keep up the great work!

Went to Shell gas this morning to check my 3 scratch cards. As I approached the guy , he told me he couldn’t check them because he didn’t have any cash to give me, he also said they don’t give him extra cash on Sundays. Which I don’t believe. But the customer in front of me bought a bunch of stuff with cash. There is nothing wrong with the place itself but the person who was working this morning. Talk about rude.

Thieves work here!!! I paid for someone else's gas because the employee is incompetent. I went into the store, got an authorization for the pump. All was good until I went to pump my gas. He never authorized the pump. Fine, everyone makes mistakes. I went back in to get the employee to authorize the pump. He told me I had never been there (I was dumbfounded). I argued that yes I was there . He argued with me saying it was the pump beside me that had gotten gas (We asked for the same amount of fuel) After more arguing and asking him to check the camres he dug through the receipts in the garbage and low and behold there was my receipt. He then argued I was never charged just pre-authorized. I have confirmed with my bank that I was in fact charged for someone else's gas. They are refusing to make it right. I haven't decided if i will involve the cops but i do know that unless they make it right someohow i will never go here again. Absolutely trash service. Avoid this location at all costs!!!!

Machines kept declining my cards and the customer next to us. Guy inside argued and was rude to us saying his machines were ok. Obviously not if no one can get gas with a card…. Had to leave and fine gas else were. What a horrible attitude.. won’t go back.

I got gas here and decided to grab a beverage... that was until I saw the "Bend over and take it up the a$$" price!!! $4.19 for a Rockstar!!! No, thank you. I will go basically anywhere else in the entire planet and get it for a regular price.

Bought basic car wash , Car came out half clean , Went to tell them and was told that if I wanted the whole car washed , I would have to get ultimate package . Would not recommend car wash as well as center .

Only been here few times but spaced over months Pumps worked everytime with receipt paper and washer fluid for bugs .
