Pumps are inaccurate, staff does not care. Gas pump stated it pumped in more gas that what my tank could handle, and when brough up with the staff they said no it pumped gas. Will be putting in a complaint but just a heads up to anyone who might purchase gas here. It was pump 1 that had the issue

Please stop advertising that you close at 12 am when at 1140 no one is answering the buzzer for me to buy gas as they do not accept tap. So I called the phone number and they said they are already closed. Please update your website to say you close at 1140 and not at 12 am.

Very rude cashier. Too lazy to check the price of chips, so he lied and said the sign had expired. I went and checked and the promotion was going on for another month, and then he told us he wasn’t going to do anything to help us or to change the price.

Pulled up to get gas at 6 am before leaving town. Note saying be back in 10. Not sure when it was put up, but waited 15 minutes and still no sign of anyone. Not even a vehicle was parked at the building. Horrible customer service and will not be back.

Went to purchase some items, came to $35.69. I handed the cashier a $50 and he said he couldn’t make change of $14.30. Out right refused saying he didn’t have enough change. What type of business can’t make that type of change. I’ll take my business elsewhere

Car wash never does the final rinse. Always have to go in and tell them that my car is still covered in bubbles, and they make a big deal out of it

I bought something there today and paid with debit. My fault for not paying better attention or getting a receipt because the guy charged me twice as much as the item costs. I wonder how many other people are being overcharged. Is it possible for Shell headquarters to take a close look at the practices at this station given all the other poor reviews???

There is no customer service at the shell gas station on hebert road in St. Albert Albert!!!! They have air for your tires there, but they won’t give you change so you can use it!!!!! The bank machine doesn’t even work!!!!! Then the cashier says he can’t help me………….and he was totally ignorant about it! Don’t waste your time at this shell gas station they are as lazy as the day is long and they truly don’t seem interested in your problem if you have one. I will never step foot in this Shell location again!!!!!!! They won’t get a red cent out of me. Even if this were the las gas station in StAlbert I would drive to Edmonton to get my gas. The freaks that work there mustn’t be able to get a job anywhere else they are soooooooo bad at their jobs……….
