My mom and I walked into running room an a girls trip. I needed some new runners desperately. One of the ladies there helped me find the perfect pair of runners! I’m absolutely in love with them! I’ve been walking everywhere since getting them! As a bonus, my mom also ended up getting the same pair! We are still raving about them on our walks and have spent so much quality time walking around together in our fantastic new runners. Thank you so much to the lovely lady that helped us make our decision! We love them!

I chose this store based on the reviews after having a negative experience at the store I always shop at. I mentioned to Dawn what I was looking for and after doing a foot gate, she brought out some shoes to try. We must have tried at least 12 pairs and then another style caught my eye. I tried those and they were great, but did not like the color. Dawn checked another store and they had my size and color I wanted. The clerk from another store put them on hold for me until I could get the. Dawn was amazing. The customer service I received was over the top, and the patience was gratifying. Thank you Dawn for all your help.

I’ve bought several pairs of shoes there and even online and Don has been wonderful. Excellent customer service, very patient and willing to let me try as many shoes as I like and she is not happy unless the customer is 100% satisfied.

Very bad customer service. Bought running shoes by brooks October last year. They broke as picture states, lady at the store was not helpful she just kept repeating can’t do anything, can’t do anything. I have older pair of brooks that I’m wearing for past 2 years and they didn’t brake as this pair.Never again will buy shoes at any running room.
