Excellent service from the time I walked in. Didn't have an appointment but they fit me in. Always service my vehicle at St Albert.
Just in for rear brakes Nov 20/24,London once again gave excellent service. Went to extra effort to save me money.

Not sure how I managed to pick up three flats—like I drove through a cactus patch—but it happened. I wasn’t thrilled, but luckily I was near Midas on the trail. Popped in without an appointment, and the service manager, London, was absolutely awesome. They got me sorted out quickly and with zero hassle. A short stop turned into some good conversation when he wasn’t busy helping other customers while I waited. Also learned while waiting as other customers dropped off, that they can handle any automotive jobs, i was not aware of this. will definitely be back! Super grateful for the quick and friendly service. Thank you, Very much appreciated!

Went in for steering issues and wound up with quite a bit of issues. I was highly impressed with the service and quite happy with how he took me into the shop to show me exactly what was wrong. Even though they had my car all day, it was a speedy service and they did a fantastic job. Thanks again!

took my car to Midas for a wheel alignment, planning to use their $99 coupon. After several hours, I picked it up, and the technician assured me everything was fine. However, before I even got home, I realized the alignment was still off. I called to complain and was told to bring the car back the next day, a Saturday. After leaving it with them for several more hours, I got the car back, only to find the alignment issues were still unresolved—the car was drifting, and the steering wheel wasn’t centered.
At that point, I started to wonder if my car was beyond repair or if I was imagining the problem, as I’ve had alignments done regularly without these issues before. Frustrated and lacking confidence in their work, I decided not to return for a third attempt.
Later, I went shopping for all-season tires and reluctantly brought my car back to Midas because they had the tires I wanted in stock and offered a good deal. They installed the tires, and everything seemed fine until I received the inspection report. To my frustration, they noted the same alignment issues: the car was drifting, and the steering wheel wasn’t centered. How could they recognize the issue now but fail to fix it before? Was I expected to pay for the alignment again?
Unfortunately, the situation got worse. The tires were installed on Friday, and by Sunday, I decided to do some work on the car before the freezing weather set in since I don’t have a heated garage. When I went to retrieve the wheel lock key from the glove compartment, where it’s always kept, it was missing.
Not only did Midas fail to fix the alignment issues after taking my money, but they also lost my wheel lock key, causing me a major inconvenience. This entire experience has been incredibly disappointing.

I had an incredible experience at Midas in St. Albert recently. I needed a last-minute repair for my car’s signal lights, and they came through for me in the best way possible. The team was friendly, professional, and quick—they changed the lights right away and didn’t even charge me for it! It’s rare to find such generous customer service these days. I’m truly grateful and will absolutely be returning for future car maintenance and repairs. Highly recommended!

They told me that the service would be only for 2 and half hours but I’ve waited for 6 hours with diagnostics that did not make any sense at all because it was just like what I have written on my car problem when I did an appointment to them, waste of money and time.

I recently had my car serviced at Midas in St. Albert, and even though I dropped off my vehicle after hours, the entire process was smooth and efficient. I spoke with London over the phone, and even without meeting in person, I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to customer care. London was friendly, patient, and thoroughly explained the service process, making sure I understood what my car needed and why.
