Cindy is not trained in customer service. Also, why would you have a staff member on duty who cannot return things over $100? Most things in this store are over that. Being told I can return something when I bought it, and then told, rudely but her that she cannot, is unacceptable. The way she spoke to the other worker who was trying to help me, was also not proper. I'd suggest customer service training to this lady asap.

Andrea helped my daughter and I with framing a Diamond dot. Andrea was amazing very kind knolwedgable and made my daughter feel very special and welcomed. Truly above and beyond!Thank you

If you're searching things for your crafting needs search no more, this store has it all. They have everything from baking, kids, holidays, seasonal, home accent and decor, floral, jewlerys, general craft, apparel crafting, mix media, scrap booking& paper craft, teachers corner, wedding, yarn and needle craft. They even gives classes on how to knit, crochet, cake decorating, jewlerys, floral... and some are for kids to. It's an amazing store plus all the personnel are knowledgeable and eager to help. I totally recommend this place.

If you're a crafty person you've. Heard of Michaels. This is like a Walmart for the Baker, artist, modeler, floral designer in your life. The store carries a wide range of good quality supplies for these projects. While if you might need a specific uncommon item you could be faced with a visit to a specialty store this place should have you covered with enough supplies to get you started along with helpful friendly staff. You can look for their flyers for significant savings on sale items and coupons. It's a fun place to browse to stimulate your creative side

Meh... Michaels is Michaels. I mean it would be hard to do my crafts without a Michaels but the Canadian markup here is insane and I try not to buy anything without a coupon. On the positive side, you can access their coupons on your smartphone so even if you forget yours you can quickly pull one up. Happy to have one close by even if regular prices are sky high. This location opened up in September 2016.
