Store is kept clean and tidy. I don't see alot of damaged products on the sales floor which is great especially when it comes to harder departments like makeup. Great selection of stock and I often find exactly what I was looking for.

I like this location. It had been really sparse for awhile, but it seems to be getting a better selection as time goes on. I've found several items recently that are fantastic.

During last weekends visit, I encountered an issue with a cashier, an older woman with short brown hair and glasses. She refused to accept a friends and family coupon I had, which was surprising since these coupons are meant to be reusable until the event ends, in this case, November 19, 2023. She inappropriately inquired about the specific Winners employee (a friend) who gave me the coupon and their work location and name. Despite explaining that these coupons are not single-use and are valid multiple times until the event's conclusion, she still declined it because she saw my mom use the same coupon. This was especially disappointing as other locations had accepted it without any problems, making this experience notably disappointing - especially since I always drive from Edmonton to enjoy this location.

Laura and Nikki from this store were discriminating against me because the colour of my skin. They belittle you. They embarrassed you in front of everyone in the store. If I were corporate I’d definitely recommend finding better management/employees

AVOID THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. THE LEVEL OF DISCRIMINATION I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. LAURA AND NIKKI- TJX DO BETTER AND HIRE FAIR AND PROPER MANAGEMENT. THEY MAKE A JUDGEMENT BEFORE ASSESSING THE SITUATION. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!!

They have a great staff and an immense variety of things however my recent experience to this location’s HomeSense was very unfortunate to say the least, since there was a desk that I picked out from this store and the associate dropped it and snapped the wood on the drawer; there was no apology or anything. Then, the coordinator came and said I would get a $20 discount even after they hammered the wood back into place, which I was fine with. However, I didn’t get to see how the drawer functioned after the associate came back with the desk since they already wrapped it in plastic. It was to my knowledge that the associate knew the drawer was broken and didn’t let me “test it out” I guess, because when I set it up in my room and proceeded to slide the drawer out, the front panel fell off and it has been a huge pain to deal with, since it wasn’t my fault to begin with. I hope HomeSense can help me, as I was dissatisfied from this overall experience, and will be hesitant to come back.
