I had posted a review here earlier where I had some prior issues with work completed over a period of time with the prior owner and the new owner of Fountain Tire. I was not going to go back after my last experience however the new owner Michael contacted me by phone and had a long discussion over my concerns, he asked if he could get me to come back and let him make it right. I have returned and met with him they completed the repair that failed and made sure I was happy returning. I give Michael a lot of credit for what he did to make it right and keep me as a customer, he does care about his clients and business!!

The owner Michael is what all other tire shop owners should strive to be. He helped me out big time when they were swamped. I needed a tire swapped around on a rim because another shop mounted it incorrectly. Thank you Michael and your team for raising the customer service bar!

10/10 experience! I will be back!
I called around to a few shops to change over my winter tires, everyone is booking 2 weeks out. Fountain tire St. Albert booked me in the next day! They were running a few hours behind schedule and apologized, which wasn’t necessary. Their customer service and kindness is untouchable. I’m literally telling my friends and family to come here. By far THE BEST tire shop experience to date. The entire team is cheerful, kind, and caring, they have a shuttle service, or if yo choose to wait, they have really cool fish tanks and a comfortable waiting area.
I recommend everyone book in here!

I had an excellent experience last week with the staff at Fountain Tire, St. Albert.
I was in need of a tire repair and they did the job in a timely manner and offered me a ride to where I was trying to get to before the tire issue occurred.
The staff were all very kind and accommodating.
I will definitely be back for my next tire purchase!!

I was heading home when my suv started to shake. Turned around and pulled into fountain tire. They immediately helped and had a diagnosis. With their immediate help, I was back on the road in no time. Your time and service is greatly appreciated.

Had to get a tire patched: they didn't call to let us know when they were done, and when they put the patched tire back on, they didn't have the tools to put the spare back under the truck....
A tire shop that doesn't have tools to put away a spare?
At least the people were nice.

My husband and I stopped in with our motorhome for a tire pressure check and top up, before heading out on our first excursion of the year. We didn’t have an appointment, but Enrique helped us out quickly and got us on our way. Our unit has duallies on the back, which are challenging to work on. He was friendly and willingly get on the ground, crawl underneath a bit and got things taken care of for us. Thank you Enrique!!
