I just started at this F45 location and I am loving it so far!
The atmosphere is fun, coaches are approachable and helpful and the workouts are intense!

I currently train at the St. Albert location and it is amazing. It’s a great workout in a small amount of time. The trainers are excellent and the programs change each week so it doesn’t get boring. I would recommend F45 for folks looking for a quick and dirty workout. You’ll get results.
