Cheap prices are great, but the people who work there are super rude. Nothing really happened, just felt like a subtle constant hostility from their attitude and they really shouldn't work there if they don't like it. Other than that uncomfortable feeling, the people in the garage work really fast, so that was good!.

June 13/2022 needed to have the tire check light reset. Caleb was in the tire dept and was asked to check my tires. He was smiling as he approached. Greeted me and directed me where to move my car. I was amazed how he multi tasted. Another customer asked to have her tires checked and a customer walked up to the propane station to fill his tanks. Caleb smiled greeted both customers and said he’d be with them soon. When he finished with my car I mentioned the check light was still on. He said I will get some one to check that. Just wait here. Another staff member named Ed came to do the reset. He also was super friendly. Was a wonderful experience. Made my day. Thank you.

The tire centre seriously messed up the lug nuts on my one tire, then when they couldn't get the stripped lug nut off they told my husband "it was his problem to deal with, now". And left it with him to get fixed. Made me furious. After several days of emails, phone calls etc the store manager called me to offer compensation for our troubles but the damage to the reputation was done...

The gas bar employees are absolutely awesome. I am a paraplegic and drive with hand controls. One day the attend saw me struggling getting out of my van through my side ramp. He gave me the gas bar number and said in future if I don't see an attendant to call the number and they will jump to the pump to help me. I believe his name was Robert. Absolutely awesome customer service Thank you Costco

One of the better Costco locations and probably my favourite to shop at but it's at the very outer edge of St. Albert so it's not very convenient for Edmontonians. The target demographic are people that don't live in the city and come here to stock up on supplies. Or maybe they work in the city but drive home to Morinville and this location is en route. There's a gas station and Costco liquor store which makes it a more unique location. It's quite large even for a Costco. The parking lot is a little challenging to enter and exit but I feel that's the same for every Costco. We had the executive membership that gives back 2% of all purchases but it's not really worth it unless you buy over $2500 per year. Most members are probably meeting this threshold and we did last year but I'm not sure we will again. If you decide to make a big purchase here then you can upgrade your membership to executive at that time and get the credit on that large item. (TV, computer, phone, tires, etc)

Finally got my Costco membership, after just tagging along with family members that had one. Was hesitant at first since it is just myself but there are some great deals here.PRO'sWas looking for winter tires and they are much cheaper here than at the other tire stores. Bonus was they were even on sale from the regular price when I was looking. They carry both the 2 best winter tires, Bridgestone WS90 and Michelin Ice.If there are things that you go through lots of fast, you will find it cheaper to buy in bulk here. For myself that would be razors, spinach, and some of the meats and poultry. If you have a freezer even better. They gave some great ready to go food as well. And yes, the rotisserie chicken is a great deal and great for an easy and tasty dinner!Lastly, the best deal I love here and worth the membership alone is the gas or propane fill up. I have a fire table and a BBQ and have 3 propane tanks that need to be filled every summer. The cost to fill all 3 is about how much it would cost to fill 1 at most places!CON'sEverything is mostly bulk so for a single person like myself I don't buy any fruits or things that could go bad fast. There never seems to be a down time, so always prepare for lineups. If you don't have much to buy, going thru the self checkout is faster. There is an annual membership cost either $60 or $120. But if you're like me and even just go for propane, you will find that you make back the cost from that savings alone. For a single person like me I still go buy some things at other grocery stores that I don't need in bulk, such as vegetables, fruits and naked goods. But I love going here to pick up bulk things that work out so much cheaper and will lasts me weeks or months.
