Refused to mount my new tires because they weren't purchased at Costco. Booked the appointment online weeks in advance and no notice was given that they didn't do new tires. Now every place is booked up and I can't get them mounted. Thanks Costco.

Good luck getting through to the tire centre to book an appointment for a repair. By the way it’s the only way to get a tire fixed but you can’t get through!!!
