This used to be a good Costco. Over the past few months, it has become the worst in Canada. All areas have terrible customer service. Staff do not seem to care. Behind customer service an employee tossing returned items into a cart. Why are they stocking shelves during dinner time? Cashier tossed the apples from front to back, causing a lot of bruises and turned the iced muffins upside down so the icing was all off on the lid.Did not look good after that. How would they like their fooddestroyed?

I am a 16-year-old girl going to pick up groceries for my mom. She wasn't with me, but I was using her membership and a lady at the till decided to yell at me over this. She threatened to take away my card and keep in mind. It's just me and my friend and she's full on yelling at me as a middle-aged woman. I had no idea that you could not use other peoples memberships, but it was my mom was picking up groceries for her and this lady yelled over this. No matter how respectful I was saying that I'm sorry and I had no idea she continued to tell me how unexceptionable it was. Despite any policy's or rules that I didn't know about it does give employees the power or the right to be yelling at a teenager trying to pick up groceries for her parents that are to busy a city trip.

I LOVE the pharmacy techs and pharmacists at this location. They all have a great attitude and are very kind and friendly. They're always gracious with my million questions and concerns, which is a big deal to me as I'm easily anxious. Highly recommend and they all need a pat on the back! GREAT JOB!

The gas bar employees are absolutely awesome. I am a paraplegic and drive with hand controls. One day the attend saw me struggling getting out of my van through my side ramp. He gave me the gas bar number and said in future if I don't see an attendant to call the number and they will jump to the pump to help me. I believe his name was Robert. Absolutely awesome customer service Thank you Costco

One of the better Costco locations and probably my favourite to shop at but it's at the very outer edge of St. Albert so it's not very convenient for Edmontonians. The target demographic are people that don't live in the city and come here to stock up on supplies. Or maybe they work in the city but drive home to Morinville and this location is en route. There's a gas station and Costco liquor store which makes it a more unique location. It's quite large even for a Costco. The parking lot is a little challenging to enter and exit but I feel that's the same for every Costco. We had the executive membership that gives back 2% of all purchases but it's not really worth it unless you buy over $2500 per year. Most members are probably meeting this threshold and we did last year but I'm not sure we will again. If you decide to make a big purchase here then you can upgrade your membership to executive at that time and get the credit on that large item. (TV, computer, phone, tires, etc)

Finally got my Costco membership, after just tagging along with family members that had one. Was hesitant at first since it is just myself but there are some great deals here. PRO's Was looking for winter tires and they are much cheaper here than at the other tire stores. Bonus was they were even on sale from the regular price when I was looking. They carry both the 2 best winter tires, Bridgestone WS90 and Michelin Ice. If there are things that you go through lots of fast, you will find it cheaper to buy in bulk here. For myself that would be razors, spinach, and some of the meats and poultry. If you have a freezer even better. They gave some great ready to go food as well. And yes, the rotisserie chicken is a great deal and great for an easy and tasty dinner! Lastly, the best deal I love here and worth the membership alone is the gas or propane fill up. I have a fire table and a BBQ and have 3 propane tanks that need to be filled every summer. The cost to fill all 3 is about how much it would cost to fill 1 at most places! CON's Everything is mostly bulk so for a single person like myself I don't buy any fruits or things that could go bad fast. There never seems to be a down time, so always prepare for lineups. If you don't have much to buy, going thru the self checkout is faster. There is an annual membership cost either $60 or $120. But if you're like me and even just go for propane, you will find that you make back the cost from that savings alone. For a single person like me I still go buy some things at other grocery stores that I don't need in bulk, such as vegetables, fruits and naked goods. But I love going here to pick up bulk things that work out so much cheaper and will lasts me weeks or months.

Costco always has what you need, if you want large containers or qualities of paper towels or laundry detergent last large family a month or one person several months. That why I shop here one time, once a month. And the bill shows it adds up quickly. Staff are very efficient working in two person teams cashier and helper or loader of cart. Gas bar gives you a discount at the pump and the liquor store rounds out your shopping experience at Costco.

St.Albert Costco is the friendliest and best service I've ever had at any Costco. Love it here.

I have to say that I love Costco in general. It seems that I'm throwing my money away if I don't buy items at Costco. Most of the Costco product is high-quality and reasonably priced, and the majority is large volume. Great for families, probably not that practical for single people or couples. Costco has a fantastic return policy that makes it easy to return items purchased instore or online. Probably one of my favorite things about Costco is the ample and roomy size of the parking spots. This location has a gas bar and propane filling station. The unleaded gas and propane are priced very well all the time. I don't know if anyone can touch Costco on price for propane. Also at this location is a tire center, a food court, a hearing aid center, an optical department, a pharmacy, and a photo center. If you shop here enough it is also worthwhile looking into the executive membership which allows you to earn 2% cash back on purchases. Our family buys enough here every year that we get enough cash back to pay for our Costco membership as well as getting extra cash back. It doesn't matter that it's four times the regular size because it's half the price..most of the time. The only issues that I really ever have with Costco are that they don't reliably carry all the products. You may get hooked on a product only to realize it's not stocked in the warehouse anymore on your next visit. Also on busy days it seems that Costco has a hard time keeping shopping carts available to use in store. (without having to retrieve one from the parking lot)

I like going to Costco, they have great deals and always have lots to offer. They have home made ready meals that you can buy and bring home. I have yet to try one that I don't like. Seriously they are delicious. They have electronic department, clothes, books, bakery, flowers, tires, jewlerys, optometrist and even a place for your hearing aid. They sell fridge, freezer, cooking tools, garden stuff, garage stuff, basically anything you need is pretty much there and at a good price and quality. In Christmas time they sell a lot of gifts ideas for all the family and on Halloween it's costumes for the kids. Once you know the store it's easy to find what you want. They have a lot of cashiers and it usually goes fast enough. Don't go on Sundays afternoon they're usually busy because of last minutes buy for the week. I definitely recommend this place.

It's Costco, the place where you can buy a gallon of ketchup and a 3lb can of tuna. Not everyone needs that much ketchup but there is so many other great deals here. Costco's in house brand Kirkland is always a reliable quality brand. For example, did you know that Kirkland brand batteries are rated just under Duracell in of quality but at a much lower cost? You might find a whole host of tempting products. They also have a wide variety of items for sale online. Costco is one of the few places where you can buy a roast, tires, a quad, and windows for your home installed! You might find your bill a bit higher at checkout (don't go shopping there when you're hungry lol) but you'll definitely save money in the long run. Did you know that they haven't raised the price of &1.50 for their concession hotdog for over 20yrs? Who knew? I'll definitely be back.

I've got to do an update simply based on the fact that I filled 3 propane tanks yesterday (2 empty, 1 was half empty) for less than $25! You read that right. Goddess bless Costco has bar, propane, food court, and returns. Costco is Life. Oh and don't forget the official drink of summer - Kirkland Signature 1.5 little sangria for a mere $11.99. Cut it by 1/3 with sparkling water and fruit and you've got yourself the official "Mommy Juice" of summer! Long live Costco!
