I purchased an auto start 2 years ago from Billy & Colin & the good folks at City 2 Performance. I paid over $500.00.The past 6 weeks I began experiencing intermittent issues with my fob where by it would start some days but most days it would not. I brought my car in today and they quickly identified the issue within minutes. The battery in the fob was working but the fob itself had become damaged, likely by poor handling by myself. The result from spilled coffee that had got inside the fob and had hardened with thick grime, damaging the technology inside the fob. I had no extended warranty on the fob, yet they decided to give me a brand new fob at no cost to myself! They did not have to do this and yet they did! I cannot adequately express my deep appreciation for their auto expertise & definitely going above & beyond with there outstanding commitment to customer service. It was a golden moment for me! To everybody who reads this posting I cannot encourage you enough, to bring your vehicle for all your auto service needs to Billy & Colin & all their staff at City 2 Performance. Its the best thing you could do for your vehicle.

Had a flat tire the other day across the street from City 2 Performance on Rayburn Road in St. Albert. Walked into their shop and had the best service from Billy!
Billy filled the tire and drive my car to his shop and fixed it.!!
Great, friendly service - definitely recommend this place!!

I got a set of summer wheels and tires from William and the guys at City 2 for my car. I had exceptional service and quality of work for my picky and particular needs. William worked diligently to get me exactly what I was looking for and I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next upgrade to their vehicle.

Super happy with this organization. From start to finish it was pleasure. Billy was friendly and upfront about the process and pricing. Even got to meet Seb and Marty who did the work on my vehicle and was able to get their input and recommendations. Really great guys. The work was exceptional, they went above and beyond. Rocker guard application to my 12 year old truck and I feel like I’m driving a brand new vehicle. Thank you!

Had such a great experience with Edmonton City Ford. From my first phone call to the service department, incredible staff there and my service advisor Ben who was a dream to deal with. I was basically in and out within 24hrs of my initial phone call. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to this Ford over any other one around, as they seem to care about their costumers and their experience and providing good quality service without pushing all that extra stuff on you. Very easy, breezy and if anything else happens to my vehicle or just to get services, this will be my first and only stop. Thank you for the great service!

I got really good service there.... BILLY is always so nice and have a super nice energy. They put my mud stoppers, installed parralel bars and put my cargo box on top of my Explorer. I went all the way Quebec and no problem.

Hands down THE BEST place to go for your vehicle. After having years of issues with our Nissan 370Z that no one seemed able to fix, Ian identified the problem almost immediately! He was able to get us in right away and fix it within minutes! Ian and Jeremy - you're the best!All their staff is so personable and professional, and Billy the manager was great to deal with. Everyone truly went above and beyond and for an insanely fantastic price our car is finally fixed and running again.I won't take our vehicles anywhere else and I'm already shopping for stuff for my truck next.
