“Wow - my online order was pretty insignificant, just two bags of bath product that my daughter's heart was set on and was sold out everywhere in Calgary. I messed up and selected "pick up in store" on my order and of course, didn't notice until the confirmation. Quickly added it to my running to do list to email and figure out how to cancel the order.But before I got home, THEY CALLED ME to check and fix it! The product arrived two days later. Amazing.I am so blown away at this level of customer care, and over a very small transaction. I've told everyone I know in Edmonton and will check online for future purchases too.Thank you!”
“Im a regular for the coffee and occasionally get gifts and clothes from the children’s area. The owners are lovely people, always ready to greet you cheerfully. The curation of brands and toys Ellen puts out is beautiful - the perfect place to get that special outfit or birthday present. My drink is the condensed milk latte, delicious every time! “I came to WEM old navy after having an awful experience at the 137th location.Olena was so sweet and kind and helped me find the right fit of outfits for my son. She was welcoming and chatted with me for a few minutes.Matthew, a manager, was amazing and did everything he could to rectify the incident that occurred at the other location. He was kind, patient, and went above and beyond.The general manager, Janelle, was amazing too and you can tell she takes pride in her team and trains them well.What a wonderful location!”
“Best gap store in Edmonton hands down.I walked in here looking for jeans during Xmas holiday a lovely sales associate came up to me and ask me what size do I wear. she grabbed 3 pairs of jeans off the SALE rack. I tried them on & to my surprise I loved them all.There was another time with a difference associate I called in told her I was looking for low stride jeans. She said they don’t have nothing there, However she said they have some clearance ones online and I could order it - for only $20, so I went in to the store & did exactly that. I always have the best & pleasant experience here, they’re always striving to help and save you money. - keep up the great work!! :)”

“My most favorite store ever for kids clothes. The quality is top notch, the clothing is super cute! Sized in my opinion a bit small, so possibly aim bigger if you have taller children. It has worked for all three of my kids this way. The pricing is good, specially when you come across a sale. We've been shopping here for years, and I prefer this store over any other for my kids.”

“It is near the wedding dress shops, a bit hard to find as it is not at the golden location of the mall, if you take the elevator from homesense|winners to 2nd floor, you can directly find it. I like carter’s, they have really cute clothes suitable for my baby, you can always find a good promotion there, the shop is always neat and in order, easy to find what you need.”
“Visited Canada for holiday and forgot to pack short sleeve clothes. Found a familiar brand: Uniqlo and the outlet was quite big with a variety of clothes for affordable prices. There was even a promotion during my visit, staff were friendly and recommended that I split the bill so that I can redeem 2 bottles. It was easy to make payment at the self checkout counters.”
“First time ever in an Old Navy store for me. I was truly impressed with the variety and choice of quality clothing. We stocked up for ourself and the grandkids. They have lovely baby and toddler clothes which we could not resist. The staff left us blessedly alone while we browsed but at check out they proved really nice and helpful. This was the store on 137 Ave.”

“All things for the new baby till toddler age. The store is well lit and clean. There is lots of parking with easy access from 97 St. There is an excellent selection of clothing to cribs to high chairs to toys and everything in between. My wife and I became grandparents recently and came here to look and some baby stuff. We were impressed with the selection of baby items. The staff was friendly and helpful.”
“This is my favourite clothing store in Edmonton. They carry all of the best European labels like APC, Isabel Marant and Acne Studios. Hannah and her staff are so knowledgeable about the products, helpful and friendly. They are happy to order in your size if it’s not in store. I come here when I really want to treat myself and I always leave happy.”
“Came in before closing today and my girlfriend really needed shorts. The employees were beyond helpful and we had a great experience. The girl working the fitting rooms whose name I unfortunately forgot made our day. She has dark hair and her name started with an S. Serious she was amazing keep her forever.”
