Jamal sold me a promaster van sight unseen as i am from Calgary and he made the whole experience very easy. Sent me as many videos and pictures as I requested and made me feel very safe that i was making a good decision. And after I picked up the van I was even more happy that it was everything he said it was. Huge thanks to Jamal and Nimer! Great job fellas!! Keep up the great work!!

Jay and Nimer Baker are friendly and honest individuals who provide automotive service promptly and with expertise. I chose their business as their online website showed that they could service my vehicle (2008 Saturn Aura) when dealers were reluctant to do so. Their shop provided service in a timely matter, and when a faulty part had been delivered by a supplier, they went out of their way to quickly have it replaced at no charge. Both Jay and Nimer are easy to talk to, and provide “down home” service. I would highly recommend them for any automotive service required.

We decided to go with Canadian Auto to replace our tires as the pricing and service was above the rest (we compared many places!). Jay was so helpful right from the start from recommending the correct tires, ordering them in and then quickly got us in to put them on. He was professional and detail oriented from start to finish. I appreciated how he was always quick to respond to my emails and never made me feel bad for asking questions. We will use him for all our future auto needs!

Nimer and the team at Napa Auto Care Centre in St. Albert are second to none when it comes to customer service. They legitimately care about the work they do and the services they provide to their customers. No it’s not 40$, you charged me 47$ for 30 seconds scanning to just tell the code . You over charge people, misguide them , that’s the reason one is upset . We all are here to make money but not the way you are doing it.
