I didn’t find them very knowledgeable at all. I needed supplies for post surgery care and had to find one of the items myself. I also needed a compression bra and they did not measure and gave me a few to try one but told me I should go for a size up to accommodate swelling and bandages.. I wasted money because the size I did get provides zero compression or proper support and there is no refunds. Highly disappointed. I think if you’re going to have a store that specializes in medical equipment then you should have knowledge in all aspects of medical care. Unless you know exactly what you need I do not recommend this business.

So disappointed, the one Saturday I need them to be open they are closed for inventory, I’ve never heard of a store fully closing for inventory, I work in retail and we come in early to count.

We received horrible customer service from the Aspen Healthcare in St. Albert. My parents got equipment installed by them and one item was not installed correctly. We were delayed in letting them know about the issue because my mom got admitted to the hospital. Needless to say, a toilet seat was the least of our concerns at that moment. When my mom was finally discharged home , my dad tried to have the issue resolved. The owner, Jim, was incredibly rude on the phone. He actually told my dad that he was ‘screwed up in the head’. I honestly can't believe a business owner would speak to a senior citizen who is their customer that way. The gentleman, if you can call him that, who came to rectify the situation was equally as rude, blaming my dad for the issue. In the end , he fixed the problem and left. It's honestly not worth the stress to deal with a business that clearly doesn't value their customers. We needed equipment to help my aging parents function in their home. It’s stressful enough dealing with sick family members but having to be told that my dad is ‘screwed up in the head’ was incredibly hurtful and completely unnecessary. The sad thing is, everyone in my family used to get our supplies from Aspen Health and when my dad mentioned that to Jim, his response was ‘who cares, that was then, this is now’ .Maybe the owner is the one who is " screwed up in the head" because if he continues to treat his customers this way, he won't have any left. Very disappointing and shameful behaviour from this local business.

Horrible customer service!! My elderly parents got equipment installed by them and it was done incorrectly. When my dad called to have it fixed, the owner Jim was incredibly rude and even told my dad he was " messed up in the head". I don't know of anyone who would actually speak to their customers this way. Needless to say , we will never use this business again. It's shameful for the owner to speak to seniors that way. If I could give zero stars I would have.

I wish to sincerely thank the installer, Mr. Barry. He was fabulous! Extremely knowledgeable, very skilled, and so thoughtful about my Mom's personal needs and her physical situation. Plus he is extremely personable; you can tell by his comments he is a very caring individual and is understanding of seniors' needs and respectful of their unique situations.

I received a call from Ingred from their office this morning to follow up on my service. After voicing my complaint and stating I didn't want her installer in my home again, she personally brought me out a new chair. Immediately she apologized for the service I received and could see the chair was faulty. She gave me the owners number and suggested my feed back would be helpful in future training on customer service. She was lovely and they are lucky to have her!
