Went to get a slurred. I know what shift change is..... still a simple hello back when you say hi would be great! Any acknowledge for that fact! Nothing! But she can talk to her co-workers..... hmmmm what gives. Couldn't get her name.... no name tag. Just her 4 digits on her receipt. 2524.... member ID. All I got out of her was: $ 2.61...
Next time I come in and see her, I will ho somewhere else. Give her a customer service course!!! 13:59 PM

i love this place. they always have the newest snacks and dont have a homeless pooping in the corner (true story). i love drinking gallon milk jugs from here.

This is my favorite 7-11 in town. I've been coming here ever since I was a kid, and I have never had a bad experience to date. Staff is always friendly, items are easy to find, and kept to stock consistently.Thanks for your many years of service!

Terrible service! Customer service here has always been excellent until today. They must have hired new staff. The girl was on her phone while customers were in line waiting. She didn't ask if we wanted a bag so I asked for one after I'd paid. She said it's $.25. I've never been charged before or if I have I didn't notice because they asked me if I wanted a bag and I paid in one transaction. She didn't bother to put my purchases in the bag after and I was putting the charge in to my budgeting app, so my husband had to bag the stuff. This place has gone down hill. Hopefully it improves soon.

Pretty clean , staff is shy/friendly (maybe efficient is the word). They have all the normal 7- 11 stuff except a washroom.

I visit this 7-Eleven every day, both during the day and at night. There are things I love about this store, but also things that should never be seen in any store. Here are the issues I have encountered:1. The fresh bakery section always has old, dry items like donuts, croissants, muffins, and more.2. Food items like chocolate bars are displayed at the front, even if they are six months past their expiration date.3. The biggest disappointment is the misrepresentation of regular pogos as jumbo corn dogs. The app states they are jumbo, so it's not a good practice to save money by lying.On the positive side, here are the things I enjoy:1. The employees working at night bring out fresh bakery items and food for the morning, and they always make sure there's fresh coffee readily available.

Critical Review from an everyday customer.
1. Great Service.
2. Younger day shift employees are always smiling and happy to help me.
3. Night shift guys are always nice good talks and always happy to help me.
4. Management needs to chill out!!!! I don't like seeing the younger employees under stress it ruins the vibes.
5. Management can also be a little bit fake if you know what I mean not genuine just kinda acting its odd ?.
6. Prices are a little bit steep but what ya gonna do with inflation the way it is.
7. Seen some Karen's and rude Customers in there quite a few times and the employees handle it really well. Personally I'd tell the customer to (F) OFF ? getting mad over waiting for fresh food and slurpees not working lil bit entitled if you ask me.

Absolutely awful location as of late, it is a shame because it never used to be like this. I grew up in this area and over the last year it has really gone down hill.It seems the new staff just are not doing there duties. Some are rude and others just seem to not care.The biggest issue for myself and my kids is the poor maintenance of the slurpee machines. 8 out of 8 times every single flavour was run down and not even fit for consumption. It doesn’t matter if it’s 10am or 10pm.I’m going to attempt to speak to management but not confident it will help
