I'm delivery driver i was picking an order , i asked the teller to use the wash room but he refused , for me it's not a big issue to me but there is a sick ppl they need to use the wash rooms more than me , i wish the management fix this issue and thank you .

Absolutely ridiculous. The “store manager” told my son that the drink holders are only for uber drivers. My son struggled with three drinks walking home because she couldn’t give him a drink holder. Are you kidding! I’ll be taking up her rude attitude and lack of customer service with the district team.
This is actually not the first problem I’ve had there since the new “store manager” started. It’s an absolute joke of a store when she is there.

Ordered through uber eats and they didn't give me half the order and part of the order was a free iced tea after spending $20 but since they didn't give me half the order I got charged for that free item. This location is a joke.

I had a fantastic experience at this 7-Eleven thanks to Karamjeet’s excellent service! He was friendly, efficient, and made sure I found everything I needed. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted with a smile and great customer care. Keep up the great work.

Almost every time I order lunch from this store they forget an item. This is almost every single time without fail, which means I have to get a refund from skip and redo my entire order. The worst part is the refund doesn't include the service fee, tax, or any of that so I have to lose 7-8 dollars each time. It's unfortunately the only location with hot food (if they remember to put it in the bag) the final straw was when I ordered pizza slices, wings, and a red bull for lunch. They put a small red bull in a large paper bag and forgot to put the pizza and wings in. It would make more sense to maybe call the person who ordered if you're out of product. It'd make even more sense to have your skipthedishes menu up to date. so I could pick an alternative, rather than purposely causing excess stress and wasting my time because now all I have is a 30 dollar red bull.

Went to get a slurred. I know what shift change is..... still a simple hello back when you say hi would be great! Any acknowledge for that fact! Nothing! But she can talk to her co-workers..... hmmmm what gives. Couldn't get her name.... no name tag. Just her 4 digits on her receipt. 2524.... member ID. All I got out of her was: $ 2.61...
Next time I come in and see her, I will ho somewhere else. Give her a customer service course!!! 13:59 PM

i love this place. they always have the newest snacks and dont have a homeless pooping in the corner (true story). i love drinking gallon milk jugs from here.

This is my favorite 7-11 in town. I've been coming here ever since I was a kid, and I have never had a bad experience to date. Staff is always friendly, items are easy to find, and kept to stock consistently.Thanks for your many years of service!
