Came in with what I thought was a bit of a complex request with my phone account. The adjustments were made with discounts! Then it turns out I made an incorrect request and went back the next day. They fixed it all no extra charge. Great service!

Bought a ps5 a year ago with the warranty provided by the source. A year later I had stick drift with the controller and they replaced it no questions asked! Awesome service!

Don't buy Ps5 controllers from Source! I've bought 2 and both pull to the left. I paid $25 for specific coverage for this issue, when I take it back they claim to have changed there rules 1 month after I purchased it, and would not honor it.$110 I paid for something that I cannot use or sell. Junk.
