We have been using mobile shop for the last few years. They have always been superior at finding us a great deal and the customer service is exceptional. Steven, the manager, and his entire staff are extremely good at what they do and we appreciate the above and beyond service they provided us. Thanks again guys, keep up the great work.

Steven was great help! He was able to help our family of 7 all switch over to a new phone plan! Was always willing to help and made the whole process as easy as possible for us. 10/10 highly recommend!

The Mobile shop has gone above and beyond for me and my partner. Steven the manager had excellent customer service, with getting us into new phones including following up on his day off, answering all my concerns / questions to make sure we were being taken care of and getting the best deal while his colleagues completed the transaction for our phones! I’ve never been fully satisfied with a phone plan/service I’ve received until I came into this shop. They have excellent customer service including Steven following up the next day after getting our iPhone 15s to ensure I was satisfied with our new phones! The two associates that helped us worked very well together, and were also just as amazing . I’ve never had a rep go above and beyond like this. We will be back the next time we need phones, Thank you to Steven & his team! They were extremely patient , not pushy like most places, and took the time to make sure I fully understood everything.

First guy I talked to found me a phone, turns out they already sold the phone. There manager comes and pitches me on switching providers saying it'll cost the same but I'll get 100 in store credit, so I go with that. He says he needs to run a credit check. After about 10 mins he starts pitching me on my original provider. I asked what happened to the other one, and he says they don't have any of the phones I want. Great let's go with that. He says I can still get in store credit. The other provider has the phone but I'll have to pick it up in another location. He prints my receipt and I ask about the in store credit. He tells me that's actually for new applicants. So, he couldn't deliver on the in store credit and ran a needless credit check just for me to end up where we started. Incompetent.

I would like to give a shout out to Angalee (hopefully I spelled that right) she was absolutely terrific! She helped me transfer my Bell account over to another company. She was so kind and extremely helpful! She wanted to what was best for me and help me save more money than actually spend more money. The rest of the staff were so wonderful as well. I am so happy I went there cause it was the absolute best experience I have ever had at a mobile company. Thank you again for all of your help and I hope more people go to you for their phone needs.

Switching my 2 plans over to a different carrier, with one being on an eSim, was a total grief but Steven and Sid were super patient and helpful to the bitter end (superstore closed on us). Can’t thank them enough.

Steven at the Spruce Grove Mobile location was very good. He had patience and also did not pressure me in any way and understood exactly what my family needs where in getting a phone plan. He got the best deal. I would highly recommend Steven at the Mobile shop in Spruce Grove.

Myself and my wife came in this afternoon and received outstanding service from Steven, siddharth, kashish, they gave us the time to explain our needs and sought to get us the best deal possible, they were very friendly and knowledgeable and gave superb customer service, definitely recommend dealing with these guys

Was in store on August 12, and employees were standing around talking and laughing. Stood there looking at the phones on display and it was like I wasn't even there. As i walked out i said thanks for the great customer service and they just looked at me as if i was a problem. I use this shop on a regular basis because i have my 6 grandchildren on my account so i know they always have a working phone. Well today they lost the upgrade on 2 phones. Wonder if it even matters to them.
