I want to share how much I appreciate that you deliver groceries. I have ordered delivery twice. Each time, the driver was prompt, courteous and considerate. Items were packed with care. Substitutions were pointed out. I know that grocery delivery might be a matter of course to some people but it is a treat for me, especially if I'm under the weather. Thank you so much to Tim and to Ken, the drivers. You've made a real, measurable difference in my day.

Not very many of the staff are helpful, there’s only a small few that are. They don’t do their triple promise at this store when you return produce that is rotten when you buy it. Which other stores that I’ve been to do, These don’t bother. Not very good customer service at all!! I wouldn’t shop here if it wasn’t close to where I live

This store can be pretty unkempt.Need a basket? You’ll have to find one on your own. Staff doesn’t collect them and return them to the front door. It gets a bit annoying.Stock seems alarmingly low at times, fruits and vegetables are withered and old, it’s a better idea to travel down the road to Superstore in all honesty.Edit: Uncommon instance? False. This is more often than not. Baskets are left at self checkout and the tills so that you have to find your own. The fruits and vegetables are always in disrepair, from bad quality to old and withered.You can try to call it what you want, but the truth is it’s not uncommon for this location.
