Wow! Best customer service I've received in quite some time! I asked about chews for my 10 week old puppy and got a TON of information, tips and tricks from the girl who helped me. Very grateful!

The girl working there was so helpful, gave me information I could not find and didn't get from the veterinarian. I was scared my cat wouldn't eat or drink was just throwing up and found out she has pancreatitis. I am so grateful for the staff there, they are so knowledgeable.

Always have amazing experiences here, customer service is great and they always make sure to give my pup lots of love. She is a rescue and so they have helped her build confidence and have made sure to be extra patient with her. They also always offer to give a hand with carrying out my purchases which is so helpful!!

We came in with 4 rescued puppies off Highway 16 and these girls were amazing! Best service, helped us out and very friendly.Would definitely recommend!Treated us to a couple of pet wash as well!
