“I'll start with what an amazing experience. Alex and his staff always go above and beyond for all our furry friends needs! We recently took on two new puppies, and puppies do puppy stuff. Long story short with the help of Alex's store manager(Mary) we were able to return two damaged crates. I was shocked they did so, being a small local business they took a financial hit on this. I actually felt like I was at Costco!
