Called ahead to drop off on a Friday afternoon for Saturday pickup, and the team treated me very well. Especially Joe, who was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Had me back on the road with a re-balanced set of tires the next day, and the car lost it's shake in the process. Thanks!

Scheduled a morning appointment for a new set of tires. Scott got them all done fast in less than half an hour. Car and wheels are clean as before too.

I brought my vehicle in so I could get my winter tires put on. The tech who was working on my truck, didn’t bother to change their dirty gloves, so there was a bunch of gunk all over my steering wheel, the gear shifter, the inside door handle, the outside door handle, and on the paint. They also didn’t fill my tires up all the way.

Been coming here for years for all things Tire related. The Staff are always accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this location specifically for its customer service alone. The stores manager is top notch. Will continue to shop.

I took a car tire in here to get repaired, there was two slashes in the tire, which they repaired with a plug. We noticed there Was a leak in the tire after it was repaired , and it wasn’t staying inflated. We took it to a different tire shop and they said the plug would never have held for very long and that we should’ve just had the tire replaced. So we ended up paying to have a tire plugged which ultimately only lasted no longer than two weeks and we had to replace the tire . When I phoned Kai tire to complain, That the plug was insufficient. They just basically said they repaired it and that’s that. Would not recommend this tire shop. They obviously don’t care about safety or doing a proper job.

We called Kaltire because one of our front tires started rumbling and felt like it was going to fall off on the highway..scary..we were driving out of town and were on the highway and Spruce Grove was our nearest place to stop. We recently had our winter tires put on.. but didn't really know what it was. It was at the end of the day, shops were closing but Bill at Kaltire said they were full but could at least diagnose it for us...We went in and the tire nuts were loose, so despite being full and the end of the day on a Friday:)... Bill took it in and tightened all the nuts on all tires for us which solved the problem. Very kind of him and obviously did it because he didn't want us to drive away in a dangerous situation, and he didn't charge us!, though we would have paid:)..very humanizing.

Like to thank Scott and his team (especially Garrett) once again for the amazing service! I purchased a new set of tires and while the install was happening the team came across a major brake issue I knew nothing about but I also had an important work trip planned for the next day. They managed to get the parts in and installed the same day so they could keep me on schedule. As always great service at this location.
