I brought in a flat tire yesterday morning and requested if they couldn’t repair it to order a new one as I needed a tire that day as I live 40 minutes away and didn’t want to be driving on a spare. I went to work, received a text 45 minutes after I dropped it off that it was repaired and ready for pick up. I arrived a few hours later after work. For them to then tell me they had an inexperienced guy work on it and he didn’t actually repair it. So they then had a ‘more experienced’ person work on it for them to call me an hour later that I need a new tire and it couldn’t be repaired and they were not able to install it that night because they’re too busy. So I had to then show up this morning for them to install it. And was then charged double what I was charged earlier this year when I bought another tire from them. Very disappointed.

Got my tires changed over, then over a few days, noticed a wobble. I looked over the tires, to see that all 4 have no balance weights. I know that is does not have to be all 4, but concerning. I phoned, made an appointment. Spent over an hour waiting, they said it was done. The paperwork had nothing written on it, he goes and asks the mechanic. But the mechanic is gone. So neither of use knows what the problem is. I take a look at my tires, to see nothing had changed. I tell them, he comes out, and feels behind the face of the rim. He says there is balancing weights, they put them behind the rim, on the inside. Not outside ones. They NEVER TOLD ME THIS in the first place. I could have easily checked myself, but they did not tell me. These guys never tell you how things are done, makes appointments, and wastes people times.
Next day: Phoned and spoke to Scott. He confirmed on the camera that they spun, pulled off the balance weights, respun, and put the weights back on. This means that my first appointment, they DID NOT do the job correctly. And the second, they DID NOT write anything down. How can I or anyone trust mechanics, when they dont do the job correctly.

I call and order winter tires,the guy says ok we will have your tires in 2-3 days,I book the appointment and its good to go...He calls me back 20 minutes later and says "Your tires are coming from Ottawa and there is a shipping fee"...lol..Why would the customer have to pay for a tire shop to have tires shipped in??...he couldnt answer that question for me...just ridiculous....needless to say I wont be buying tires from these guys

I went in for a seasonal tire change. My tires were already on rims so this should have been a quick process. It took two and a half hours to get my tires swapped. I am not impressed with this location and will not go back. People lives are very busy and wasting that much time for a job that should’ve been at most an hour is unacceptable. I would’ve maybe been a little more understanding if they kept me in the loop of what was going on but not one person said anything to me. If you want fast and efficient, this is not the place to go. Also my truck was finished and no one told me so we sat even longer!

THE ONLY TIRE SHOP OPEN ON A SATURDAY!!!!! THANK YOU!! I had slightly odd ball tires on my trailer that blew on a Saturday on 16, called every tire shop and they were all closed except these guys and they had them in stock!! Brought one in and changed it right away for me so I bought both tires anyway. Didn't even make it home and had to bring other tire in for them to change. So I brought them my SQ5 to swap tires and put it on the alignment machine, they gained my business and trust!! Thank you guys!

Top notch service, super genuine, friendly, and very knowledgeable.
Came into today to get my brakes looked at, as they were squealing. Took the vehicle in 15 minutes later, they told me it was a rock wedged in the brake pads.
Took care of it quickly, and said have a great day.
Scott and his team has always been incredible, and I will keep coming back time and again as this place understands that taking care of us clients is what keeps them coming back.

Fast & friendly service. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. Made an appointment online, was in & out in 15 minutes. I had a screw in the tire, they fixed it free of charge. Will definitely be back when I need new tires!
