Love this cute little jewelry shop, the most gentle and kind people work here. they were so judgment free of me coming in all muddy from work for a last minute gift for the partner , got the most beautiful set of gold earrings! will definitely get my future engagement set from them thanks!

Took my wedding ring in for sizing and their goldsmith broke 2 small blue diamonds and just tried to put them back together. My ring in ruined as the manufacturer in Montreal says it is not repairable and I need a new ring.

Got a necklace as a gift from here and the gem was cracked. Took it in same day I got it and they wouldn't do a refund or exchange ! Now I have a day one chipped stone on my necklace. Horrible experience. Don't waste your time ! Go to a real jewlery store. Where they care about the products they sell, and quality as well as the customer.

I bought my wife some jewelry for christmas from this location, very friendly staff at first, but the chain didnt fit any of my wifes pendants and the pendent I purchased unfortunately wasnt what my wife desired. I asked to either exchange for something my wife liked or just return it if they couldn't do that. They said no returns.. they lied and said I was told all sales are final which was false, I wasnt told that from either of the staff on site, i informed them I didnt have my glasses and couldn't read the hand written receipt they gave me and they wouldn't even help in exchanging for something that my wife liked.Was a very horrible experience, not only did I waste a bunch of money on something I would have hoped from a jewelry store, could be at least exchanged, but had a very upset wife on christmas.Think twice about purchasing from this outlet. They will tell you stories upon purchase but not the part that all sales are final and give receipts with non legible "final sales" at the bottom of a hand written purchase order.Spent thousands here over the years. This experience will be the last from these sellers.
