I had asked on a Spruce Grove Facebook page for the best place to go for repairs, and numerous people told me to go to CarStar. They did not disappoint!! Not only was their customer service exeptional, they even went out of their way to ensure I would get my car back so that I didn't have to go without a vehicle and miss any work. If I could give them 100 stars, I would!! Highly reccomend this place to everyone.

My door handle fell off my vehicle. Called Jacob and he asked for pictures and gave me a quote on the phone. Went in the next day and he fixed it in less than an hour and for less than what he quoted on the phone. He was very professional and cared about helping me out with my situation. I will not hesitate referring him to others in the future !

I really had a great experience with carstar in spruce grove. Jason welcomed me and helped me locate a rental in Edmonton. He walked me through the steps of the repairs. Jason gave me follow up call with the approximate dates for the car. Jacob had all estimates for the repairs on time and walked me through the parts that needed for the car. Jacob was very detail when he walked me through in the garage. I was very happy with the work Jacob did. Definitely I’ll recommend CarStar to my family and friends.

At my insurances recommendation I went to CarStar to get my two separate repairs fixed (front and rear bumpers). The guys at CarStar were super helpful and friendly. My concerns about the possibility of a cracked headlight were met with open ears. They were great at communicating and keeping me up to date on the repairs, and managed to finish two days early. Upon pickup they did a walk around to make sure I was happy with the repairs. I was very excited to get my car back in brand new condition. I’ve already recommended CarStar to multiple people!

A big thank you to Jason at CARSTAR for all his hard work with my vehicle. I was rear ended in December and from the first point of contact with the shop until the day I picked up my vehicle he did an excellent job communicating with me. When I went to pick up my vehicle Jacob assisted me as Jason was away, he took the time to go through everything that was done and made sure I was happy prior to leaving. I received a phone call from Jason today to follow up and ensure everything went well seeing as he was not there when I picked up my vehicle which I thought was very professional. A big thank you to both of you and the rest of the team. 10/10 recommend.

I was involved in a small motor collision and brought my vehicle to Carstar to complete the work. They were very friendly, open and communicative. They provided me with details of repair and had my car fixed in no time. They also detailed my car and this was the best part of my experience. I was shocked in the best way possible, I wish I had before & after pics but you’ll have to take my word on what an amazing job they did!!

Had my vehicle brought here to be repaired from a back end collision. Overall my experience has been extremely welcoming and professional. I was super happy that I was updated with great communication on the repair process. After getting my vehicle fixed it looked brand new, from the excellent interior/exterior detail that they did, to the repairs on the body work. My car literally smells like it came fresh off the dealership lot. 10/10 would recommend anyone needing body repairs to get the job done here.

Carstar Spruce Grove was WONDERFUL! From the first phone call to helping me remove my plate from my written-off vehicle, they were top notch. Friendly, patient, professional. I didn't end up getting any body work done by them-- but I would! They are the kind of people that make you happy you live in a smaller area and can have personable connections. Appreciate all they did (shout out to Jason) and helped me with as I stumbled my way through a smashed up (hit and run) vehicle. Thanks again!!! - Samantha

Had my Denali repaired here , guys were great to deal with , timing was great and unit was fixed in time they said it would be. Made my time feel important even with a few laughs. |I have no issues to have them do work on anything else i have.

So I had significant damage to my truck and had my pick of body shops I could use. I went to another shop originally just to get an estimate and got a run around. Starting looking through reviews from various auto body shops in the area and carstar was highly rated. I phoned them up they got me in for an estimate later that afternoon. I voiced all my concerns and they reassured me that they would look after me. Well 3 weeks later and my truck looks 100%. I couldn't believe how well they matched the paint! Superior craftsmanship at this shop I must say. And to top it off they colour matched some paint for my harley for me at no charge. I highly recommend this body shop if you are on the fence . I got rear ended and my insurance recommended CARSTAR to me for my repairs. Jason and Jacob are absolutely great at their jobs. Very kind, knowledgeable people. I didn’t have an expectation for a timeline for my car to be completed but it was finished much sooner then I thought. Jason, Jacob, and their team did an amazing job. Very appreciative and would recommend the company!!! My car is back to how it was, and even better. Thank you so much!

These guys were so good to me! They fixed my car up like new! It'd been cleaned inside and out. Jason took all of my phone calls and was super considerate of my special needs ( i didnt have a rental on my insurance policy so i was urging them to do it quickly).
