A kitten that went up for adoption looked identical to our missing juvenile one. They were amazing about communicating with us and providing the adoptable kittens background so that we could confirm it wasn't our missing girl. So kind and considerate of them, and extremely prompt.

Adopted my cat Mario from BARS in February 2021. They do a really good job in screening potential candidates for adopting pets. The communication and approval process was timely.
