I came here month ago to refill gas and to buy some stuff and ask if I use washroom guy who’s works there said it’s out of order I came week ago they saying still out of oder I can today still out of order . They making customer fool or dot let them use the washroom I think by law you can’t stop anyone to use gas station washroom . Very disappointed

Both ladies said they could not read my birthdate on my MB license (even after showing her). I showed it to them, and said I look young still and cannot help me.Plus when they scan my ID it doesn’t work or something… Made up lies about a new policy to scan. Expiry date is valid, I am 25, and it was made to be a big deal. Very upset as I always use this 7/11 and today was so much different.

I’m a regular at 3am when there is usually only one guy working the store and he always gives good service to customers and is very friendly I’d lost my card one night and had asked if he could hold onto my item for me while I run home to grab my other card and he let me go for free if your seeing this dude your great keep up the good work

The bio-steel promotion is 3 for $7 for members. I put in my number and it showed my account. My receipt is clearly 3 for $7.5. Did they not enter the correct pricing in the tills hoping no-one would notice. Keeping the deposit and eco fees out of the equation. 3 x $3.19 =$9.57 the discount give is $2.07. Bringing the total to $7.50. Stealing $0.50 from every customer....

BEWARE the male employee here will pocket some of your change. I’ve caught him 5 times short changing me. He pockets it. I will be calling BBB, stealing from your customers is shameful.

My review is possibly biased because I used to work here but Debbie (the manager) seriously needs to figure out how to properly direct her frustrations and be more understanding to a new staff member. I was trying my best but got sick one day. I had asked to go home and she said that I "seriously need to think about my commitment to this company because we expect loyalty". But it's hard to expect loyalty when you give ZERO respect. She expected me to WORK WITH FOOD while SICK. just think about that before you buy their food.. one or more of the workers might be sick and handling your food. I hate to bring race into it but I was the only white girl there and I felt like an outsider and Debbie made that quite clear to me near the end. Also there's a wasp infestation and it's in both the ice and the slushie machine. It's disgusting. If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. Do better.

Customer service is non existing, price of gas is higher than other local suppliers and I can't stand the up-selling.I'd sooner spend the $1800/month elsewhere.

This place appears to not get wiped down too often, a lot of surfaces people touch are quite dirty and have a lot of grime. Definitely use hand sanitizer after visiting this place.
