Pretty good 7-11, there is always hot food and snacks. I really like the deals they have going on for lunch. They are in a convenient location as well.

They refused to sell me a lighter… At the time I didn’t want to argue or cause a scene but after I went home I did some research on Alberta website I read that there is no federal law for a age requirement to buy a lighter im 17 by the way and I did show her my ID last time I went one of the lady’s told me that it was 16+ this is ridiculous you guys need to know what the current laws are

Ordered off their online ordering on skip the dishes and got completely ripped off- paid for 10 extra items that we just never received, received wrong items. I’ve never been so disappointed with something- a simple proofreading of the order would’ve completely prevented this but evidently whoever was working didn’t care that much.

Not a great 7-Eleven. Dirty floors, coffee machine is almost always broken, luke warm coffee papers bags ect missing and just a messy place in general. They get 2 stars for their convenient location and the staff are friendly

Between massively inflating their gas prices a few months ago, the hot drink machines which always seem to be out of flavouring, and the coffee so strong it's like drinking tar, I honestly don't know where to start. That's just the tip of the iceberg. The cashier barely speaks any english and could not figure out the debit machine. The pumps are always malfunctioning and cannot seem to figure out chip cards. Do yourself a favour, and drive the extra 5 minutes to fill up at the co-op on the other side of town. Consistently cheaper, much better service, and way better drink/food options.

I go here a lot as I live across the street. The attitude I got tonight from the girl behind the counter was disturbing. She rolled her eyes as I asked for smokes and asked me for ID. It almost seemed as though she didn’t want to wait on me. I left and went elsewhere, the Mac Store gave me much better service without the snotty attitude.

Who ever was working the night of July 31/22 at 215 amI know the group of girls before us were being LOUD and disrespectful but the way you spoke and treated me and my boyfriend was beyond uncalled for…we did nothing wrong….And the attitude you had was just disgusting….

Deserves a zero. I filled with gas and went in to get a slurpee. The Slurpee area was filthy and unkept and large size of cups was empty, but I decided to get one anyway. I was the only customer at the till when I went to pay. I waited quite some while one employee was on the phone, another was standing there doing nothing. While a third staff member was running around telling her coworkers that she was buying 1 chicken wing and the quick checkout didn’t say thank you. I left the slurpee on the counter and walked out because I got tired of waiting. I go here usually once or twice a week to fill with fuel. This has to be the worst customer service I’ve ever seen, messy store and terrible service. I won’t be returning to this location.
