I purchased an S23 from this store. A friend recommended it to me, and Ravneet assisted me that day. Honestly, the experience was excellent.The next day, he followed up with a call to ensure everything went smoothly, which I appreciated. I encountered some billing issues with Rogers, and he helped me resolve them. Overall, I enjoyed the service provided.

Upgraded my last few phones with wireless wave, always seamless and easy. Recently I dealt with Karan, he went over and above for customer service. He explained everything with me so it was clear, arranged a time to switch everything over for me and even stayed late to finish the transaction and paperwork. Would highly recommend them as I always have, go see Karan for any of your cellphone needs. 5/5 ⭐️

I drove out of my way to buy my fourth phone from the Great Manager at Wireless Wave. Great customer service and he always finds me the best deals. Threw in a set of earbuds to make my experience complete. Dude deserves a raise for his commitment to customer satisfaction.

Shawn went above and beyond to help me swap out a new, but glitchy phone. I told him the issues and within about 15 minutes he had called me back with 2 very suitable options to resolve. Burton has also been very helpful when I have had some weird tech issue. Highly recommend, definitely my "go to" for any and all phone issues moving forward. Best customer service I have experienced in the last little while.

I did another upgrade with Wireless Wave because they are the best no questions asked. I got amazing in store credit and was able to put half of it down towards my new phone to keep my phone bill the same even with a brand new S21 FE. I am so happy I chose to go with them again.
