Highly recommend spending your money elsewhere. 3 years after the purchase of my (ever so slightly damaged) TV, I go to collect the warranty rebate they offer. They said because a tech looked at the TV and said nothing was wrong, it was still a use of warranty. Why offer this if you're not going to honour it?
SHADY BUSINESS. BUY ELSEWHERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.

Waste of time. Sales manager Austin tried to upsell me a Tv after Knowing that I have a dedicated projector set up.
After finding out that I wasn’t going for the TV he completely lost interest and fell straight off.
Wasn’t knowledgable at all in projectors and their capabilities, which was surprising coming from a sales manager.
After some awkward deflection of typical sales tactics, I walked out of there with a $2000 problem, but thankfully, I was able to return the next day and this whole thing could’ve been completely avoided by a knowledgable sales person.
But hey, I managed to get a hold of James at West Edmonton and let me tell you there’s not much that Guy doesn’t know about projectors!

Fantastic service with Austin. We ordered a tv on his advice. It came in damaged from the delivery company and there was another ordered right away. Arrived on Monday and they arranged delivery and set up the next day. The guys were fantastic. Set up 2 Telus remotes as seniors wanted. Cleaned up everything. Always happy with visions. This time got the extended warranty as advised

Dealt with Steve over my wife's command start after a few hours of unsuccessfully trying to reprogram the fobs. I gave him a call and the crew at Visions had it sorted in minutes as they discovered it was a equipment failure. Life and death of us all computers. Highly recommend the guys prompt and swift service.

My family came in to buy a tv and sound system for our lake and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Austin. He was very knowledgeable about all the products of our interest and was very friendly and patient with us. We left visions completely satisfied with our purchase and would recommend for everyone visiting the Sherwood Park location to deal with Austin when possible. Thanks Austin!

Spoke with Steve in car audio and he was very knowledgeable, installed new speakers myself went quite smooth, unfortunately for a hiccup, one of my speakers unfortunately did have an issue with it. Steve made it right and within 20 minutes I was walking out with a replacement. Thank you Steve!!
