I used United Rentals-Propane since they acquired Western One, so I have been a customer for close to 10 years.Today when I called to get my propane delivered, they stated that they no longer accept residential customers, only commercial customers.So, with a cold snap coming, I needed to find a new supplier and have them deliver within 48 hours. Not easy to do with credit applications and such.Thanks for not caring about your customers wellbeing, I can understand only wanting the big contracts, but maybe if you would have filled us one last time and stated that you need to find a new supplier for the next fill, or even send out a email or letter stating they are no longer servicing residential.Merry Christmas and thanks for the past 10 years.

I've been going here for a while now, never really looking at the time of opening so kinda my fault too, the customer service is always great & the people there are always nice to talk too, but someone needs to update their website. I was looking at previous posts & it looks like this has been a thing for awhile. Website shows that you open at 7, then when I showed up the signs say 8:00. Very minor issue but it would be nice if it was updated.Thanks

I put order in on Oct 26/21 with the Sherwood park location, When my Driver showed up on Nov.1st they your rental shop where not able to find the order. After a hour or so of waiting we finally got the frost fighter.
