Just as the cold spell was ending, we had a little issue and needed new winter tires on my wife's car. As my wife needs her car for work we were not able to leave it all day. Spoke with Dean in the morning and he said bring it back at 1:00 and he would have the tires by then. They had the tires and had them replaced by 2:00! He recommended we bring it back for an alignment, which we did the following week. Again, recognizing my wife needs her car for work, they had the alignment done in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend Trail Tire for any service your vehicle needs. We will be back!

Love bringing my vehicle here. Everytime I feel confident in the work they are doing, they are very open with communication and blunt on what needs doing and what can wait. I never feel cheated or feel the work is under par. Super helpful and I look forward to bringing my vehicle back here.

These guys are awesome! They were able to help me arrange drop off and pick up outside of their regular business hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem in record time. The next day I noticed a high pitched whine from the replacement part at certain speeds. I was able to bring it back and they had the defective part replaced within an hour. 10/10 would recommend

I can’t express how amazing these kind people were to my husband and I. We were in a predicament late on Saturday trying to make our way home out town. We had a flat and they had us in and out, without any question and due to our circumstances and the bad day it was free of charge. They change our bad day into a good one knowing there is such good people out there.Huge thank you!

Dropped off my BMW for a 4 wheel alignment. Brad was great to inform me that it may take extra time as they can be tricky to adjust, get just right. Was completed in a few hours, price as posted and was explained where everything was at before and after. Very happy with the service and the tire knowledge and enthusiasm Brad has is really making me think of going there next for replacing my summer set.

Great tire shopping experience! Had a blown tire while on holidays! Brad and his team looked after me getting me an appointment quickly and back on the road with excellent service! I appreciated that my spare was stowed back in its proper location and all my accessories were taken care off! Thank you!!

Extremely disappointed with the work done on my vehicle!! Paid $1700 for oil change and new brakes. Not even 8k driven on the new brakes and they already sound way worse then before I brought my vehicle to them. Took it back in to have them look at it and they blamed me and the way I drive for the way the sound, like really!!!! Now at this point everytime I brake it reminds me why I would never bring my vehicle back there. Absolutely brutal!!!

I’m from out of province. I was driving through Sherwood Park when my car starting making a terrible grinding noise. The guy I spoke to at Trail Tire was very accommodating and agreed to prioritize my car to get me back on the road. I drive an older car with known issues so was expecting a hefty bill. To my surprise they told me they didn’t find anything concerning, the grinding noise had resolved itself, that it was likely a rock in my brakes. I paid a small, reasonable fee for the inspection and drove home with zero issues! They definitely had the opportunity to scam me; I was the perfect target and was desperate enough to pay anything to get myself back on the road. I appreciate their honesty and would highly recommend this business!

Needed to replace tires as road incident damaged one tire beyond repair.Staff were excellent to explain my replacement and repair options and costs.I selected my tires and my appointment time was set. Staff said it would be 60 minutes to complete and it took 52 minutes and I was in my way.

Hello I would not recommend going to this service center I have been going there for years to get my vehicle worked on and I haven't had an issue until recently. I bought a newer vehicle and I took it in just for them to check it out and address an engine light. I knew what was wrong let them know but they put on the computer and said they they did some computer stuff and it was fine but was not what I asked them to do. The engine light came back on and when I took it too them they quoted me 4 hrs labour's. I ended up doing the repair myself in 60 min.

Highly recommend! Went looking for a set of winter tires and rims - Brad was great in telling me what all my options were, and looking at all sizes of tires and rims that work for my vehicle to ensure I got the best price.Labour was a great price and they were really quick on doing the changeover.Came in for a re-torque with no appointment and was out of there in a few minutes.All in all they helped me save a lot of money than going to another storeThese guys were terrific and I recommend them to anyone.
