“TIMELY SERVICE: Had to get 5th wheel trailer tires replaced. Appointment for 8am. I wasn’t even at the counter yet and the team was already at work on the trailer, and I was out by 9am.
PRICE: I checked some pricing at other locations and they were very competitive

“Was in the market for new winters, so I initially priced a set out at Canadian Tire.
My dad recommended Kal-Tire instead, so I went and priced out a set of RoadX RXFrost FX11 winter tires for my Elantra, as the price was right and reviews were great; sure enough, Kal-Tire quoted me several hundred dollars less for an equivalent product, installation, and balancing services.
The staff (sorry didn’t get names) were professional and service was excellent. The shop was clean and organized. The prices and fees are competitive and reasonable, and I’m super stoked to test out the tires after first snowfall! I will be dealing with Kal-Tire in the future. Thank you.”
