This is our second time looking around the location at mattress options, the gentleman that helped us wasn’t to pushy by any means, he was nice enough, our issue is more so that we were guided right to the most expensive mattresses, and when we said that we were on a budget as we were getting a mattress in a whim as our frame broke and caused issues with our mattress, he did start to show slightly cheaper mattresses, but started pulling mattressses out of the wall, still out of our budget, and never once showed us the options that were, while almost being talked into a mattress we couldn’t afford we looked at the mattresses on the wall he was pulling them from and found a few hundreds of dollars cheaper than what he was pitching, I get if your in sales or commission, but isn’t an honest low sale better than trying to push top products and losing business, not only that but when we asked about the one we liked, he looked on his computer and we were told there was one left at another location but it was already spoken for, however if we agreed to purchase right then and there he would push our order to the front and we would get the mattress instead of the other person that had already requested it, just felt like a buy now or miss out sales tactic, we decided to go down the road and found a very comparable mattress even cheaper then the ones they were hiding

I recently purchased a mattress from this business, and was happy with the experience. Walking in, the process was very straightforward and easy to deal with. The staff were professional and accommodating, making the entire transaction smooth and hassle-free.
They gave me an additional deal off an already discounted mattress, along with also provided me with a deal on a mattress protector. Great service and good value.

Went in yesterday as we need a new mattress. 3 employees, and were the only customers. No one greeted us as we walked in. No one bothered to ask if we needed help. Walked around for about 5 minutes and left. As we were walking out one of them asked if we needed help - too late.

What a great experience working with Aaron from Sleep Country!I had a budget in mind for my most recent purchase, and brought it to Sleep Country in Sherwood Park.Aaron was super helpful - he took the time to listen to what I was looking for, asked me some good fact finding questions about what my needs were and really took the time to help me understand the differences between my options. Because of Aaron, I ended up getting a MUCH better bed for my needs than what I’d initially thought I could - AND I stayed on budget! Strongly recommend going to see Aaron at Sleep Country in Sherwood Park if you’re in the market.

Had a great experiance purchasing an adjustable bed 3 years ago but now I need the bed repaired under warranty and getting no response from the manufacturer to repair it. All I keep getting is apologies from Sleep Country customer service but not helping resolve my problems

Vaughn was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He was able to help me and the wife go from not knowing the bed we wanted to getting the perfect bed for us. Great service and will be coming back for our next mattress from him!

Purchased adjustable frame and mattress. Denise was really helpful and informative. She had us lay on several different types of mattresses to help us decide as well several pillow options. Received gift cards based on the cost of our purchase! Delivery was seamless and right on time.

Although it was a couple years ago we bought our last mattress and pillows from Sherwood Park Sleep Country, we had excellent service! We have purchased 4 mattresses from them over the last 5 years or so (we replaced spare beds, RV mattress and one for our lake property)Upon having issues with one king size bed about 1 year after purchase, we were quite easily able to warranty it as it was faulty and received excellent service when returning it and picking out a new one! Can't ask for more than that!We will likely need a new king size soon and will most certainly purchase it from SL Sherwood Park!UPDATE JUNE22, 2023Again, we have received OUTSTANDING customer service from Sleep Country and Dormeo, the brand of our king size mattress we bought in 2018. I wish Google allowed a second review to be posted by the same person, even if it has to be 5 or more years after the first review. Sleep Country absolutely deserves another 5 star review!!!I had some issues with a mattress & a recent move we made. Sleep Country went way above and beyond with their customer service, & truth be told, the issue I had had nothing to do with Sleep Country or Dormeo for that matter! The issue was with the moving company and the lack of care they provided my king size mattress. The damage caused was a direct result of the men at the moving company, they did not protect my mattress at all! They did not ensure they had clean hands and they certainly didn't put a cover or any kind of a mattress protector or bag on it for the move. So needless to say, there issues, but moving company issues! Yet again, Sleep Country went above and beyond to fix my problem, & they did it, with zero cost to myself. Wow! That's all I have to say! Thank you Sleep Country! Why would anyone buy a mattress anywhere else? We certainly WON'T!!!

The person that was dealing with me was very impatient and rude. She was literally rolling her eyes at me when I asked questions and my family was uncomfortable. The staff at the South Common store is really good and I recommend going there instead. Overall Sleep Country is an excellent company to deal with.

Not impressed! The Black Friday sale included "free delivery". When I went to make my purchase online, couldn't get a delivery date. So I used the contact us function. I will say I got a very nice person, who said they would enter the purchase for me. Get to the shipping date and she says "oh there's an outside carrier fee, we don't deliver to your area". Nowhere on the site did it say there were "delivery areas". Oh and the fee to deliver is $300. I live 15 minutes from the store and you want to charge $300?!?! stupid business practices.

Sales staff were very good and helpful in the Sherwood Park store. The only thing we were a little upset with were the delivery fellows. They were polite but had to be asked to take the mattress up stairs to the bedroom and also had to be asked to unpack it and lay it on the bed!! This mattress was far too heavy for my husband to try and do this by himself. Just thought I would bring this to your attention..
