If you’re looking to buy a vehicle right now you know how much of a headache it can be! After looking online for weeks I came across a beautiful Ram 1500 Sport and knew I had to take a look. Nigel was the salesman who helped me look at the truck and was everything I would’ve wanted in a salesman, patient, easy to talk to, didn’t try any weird pressure tactics, worked with me to get a fair deal for both sides and now I’m riding around in my new truck! I recently purchased a 2024 Grand Jeep Cherokee from Sherwood Park Dodge, and I couldn't be happier with the outstanding customer service I received. My sales consultant, Braydon Horcoff, genuinely listened to my vehicle needs and presented me with honest, straightforward options that perfectly matched my requirements and budget. His no-pressure follow-up made the entire vehicle purchasing experience delightful.
After the purchase, the follow-up continued, with assistance in vehicle familiarization and service details, and I was reassured that I was happy with the Jeep. Rob Shaw from finance was accommodating, guiding me through financing options, extended warranties, and vehicle protection packages. Additionally, the service department had my vehicle ready ahead of schedule, complete with winter tires and a block heater installed.

Well I can't comment on purchasing a vehicle from these guys, but if they sell cars like the way they advertise I'd stay far away. I contacted them about their ad for winter tires and they claimed that they wouldn't be beat on price. Well, they wouldn't even match, let alone beat the price from Canadian Tire. If they can't live up to their advertisements claim, then how can anyone believe anything from these guys?
Ok, had to add this edit. To Sherwood Dodge's credit, I did receive a call from Farhaan the parts manager, and they did offer a great deal. Unfortunately it took a negative review to get them to honour their ad, but they did try to make it right.

A few weeks back I had a second heater core put in my truck but this time when I got my truck back the right front fender well was all scratched up. The mechanic that did the work never laid anything over the fender well when he leaned in to do the work. And I don’t mean a couple scratches. Don’t be fooled by the service team taking video of your vehicle before it goes in because when I got mine back there was clearly damage done. I reported it and all I got back was a text saying that was not cool. I’m done dealing here. BEWARE.

Kristina called and asked how we were liking our current truck and if there was anything she could help us with. I told her we were open to a bigger truck if the price was right but there was a catch. My current truck was literally packed (as was my husbands) and ready to move our travel trailer to a new location so it had to be quick.
She was very quick to listen and figure out what we needed. She brought all that info to Devon and within minutes, they had three trucks that we could start with. The two of them were very easy to deal with and made the decision to go ahead with the new truck easy and pain free. From the phone call, them telling us about a truck that they figured would work very well for us, to the test drive to us working out a few details to us saying yes. The only thing that took a lot more time than we were expecting was the install of the tires but in the time crunch we were under, it’s not worth complaining about now.
From start to finish it was about 48 hours and we hit the road in our new Ram 3500. Towed the trailer like it wasn’t even there!! Sad to see the Gladiator go (will miss the stick shift) but the new truck is definitely growing on me :). Thanks Kristina and Devon for everything.

Katrina was honestly 10/10. Extremely helpful, no hidden numbers with her. She was super insightful with the vehicles she was showing you. Definitely ask for her if you’re looking for a vehicle.

They did an excellent job getting me my second vehicle. A ford mustang. My toy. They also got me in touch with a lender who just a couple months later financed me my 3rd vehicle for my buisness. A good experience all around. Sherwood dodge also helped me get leather covers installed in my car.
