Ordered a new phone and was suppose to get a stupid email saying it's ready for pickup but got nothing, the email I did get was saying that it's been cancelled what kind of bullshit customer service is that. This really makes me want to go to another provider.

This location has resorted to unsolicited spam text messaging to my personal cell phone. I do not have a rogers mobile plan and you should not be sending unsolicited promos to my personal cell phone. Take care.

Service was great... however the system is flawed... I'm locked out of all my apps... passwords changed but verification system doesn't recognize new device ... ? so I'm locked out!!
How do you set up a new phone if they won't allow the 'unknown' phone to be set up??? ?

I recently transferred over from telus and Mac was the most helpful advisor you can ask for! Went back in and couldn’t get my data to work and he gave me the steps to figure it out and even followed up with me the next day! Thanks Mac

Thank you so much Aman, I know I've called this store like 20 times the past few weeks looking for the phone I'm wanting and he was incredibly nice to me great customer service over the phone, he called other locations looking for the phone I wanted even if they didn't have it I still appreciate that fact that he tried helping me. My mother and I went here to transfer our mobile services over from Telus. Jarred was the one to help us. He was professional, very nice, and helpful. He was also very easy to understand when he was giving explanations for things and Jarred was also able to get us a good deal for our home/internet/mobile services; much better than what I was paying for just mobility with Telus. Great service, and friendly staff, at least from this experience. Would definitely visit this location again, since it is also close to home!

Please stay away as far as you can from this store. I spend $1000/month on our business 10 year customer and she was rude, inconsiderate and she has a temper and takes things personally. Threatens to arrest you / get security, kicks you out of the storeby the way Gurdeep, if you would have just called Rogers like you are suposed to, you would have been told I was level 1 like I told you I was. They are mailing the sim cards because of your incompetence.Beleive me now, if the woman named gurdeep is gonna help you, just wait for the other guy. Hes not a pysco at least.

Went and upgraded our phones today. Sukhman was so helpful and pleasant! He was able to answer all our questions and upgrade our phones with ease! They even gave us a hat before we left!! Looking forward to our next visit to this location. Thank you so much for the great experience

They sold me a locked iPhone 14 and can’t figure out how to unlock it. Refusing to give me a refund or new phone. Terrible service, first and last time I buy a phone from here

I received very good service BUT I had to wait at least 10 minutes to be served. There was only one person looking after customers.That is NOT acceptable especially during this time of Shaw conversions.There were 3 people lined up behind me when I left. DISAPPOINTING.

Standing out front trying to inquire about new contracts and the guy is in the back with the doors closed, no urgency to open 7 minutes late… Edit: then he opens and doesn’t even say hello, sits down and starts playing with his computer maybe opening because he was late (still… No greeting at all…) I have to ask him if they have a phone and he said he would have to check. Wait another 5 minutes they do have it, then he proceeds to sit down and do more computer stuff with no communication, utter disbelief, if this is how rogers treats their customers I am glad he convinced me to go elsewhere

Good cell phone service except for 2-3 days a year when you don’t have any as every cell tower is down across the country , also they sign 2 year contracts and then secretly raise your bill 25 dollars and act like it’s a normal way to do business , a contract is a contract and to boot this week they fired blue jays baseball player for being a Christian talk about being open and inclusive
