The girls in the Fish Department are always so friendly and helpful. Additionally, the cashiers are usually very pleasant as well. I really love all the fish and the live plants I bought at this location. They are all so healthy and appear to be thriving. I will definitely come back soon!
The only constructive criticism I will share is maybe betta water cup changes could start being completed more than just once a week? As a measure to help prevent fin rot, and ensure these little fish have a clean temporary environment until they find homes.

Have previously used grooming service and it was good, booked for bath and brush with additional luxury treatment on 20th December, unfortunately this was not as good experience. When I picked her up I had gloves on and did not realise she was still damp until I got home (given it was -30 with windchill outside, not particularly safe for an animal, I was called over an hour and 40 mins earlier than expected to collect her, so don't understand why she wasn't fully dry). Paw trim very uneven and looks like a too shorter clipper used on one of her back paws and a v shaped notch in her other paw fur, paw pads not done well and female hygiene area appears untouched.

Had a great experience! Everyone was so sweet! I had to bring my cat to see Santa for some funny pictures and they were so awesome with her! Amazing staff! ❤️

We go here often for our cats needs. There's lots of products, great variety and reasonable prices. We also enjoy coming to see the adoptable kitties and we look forward to taking one home someday soon.

PetSmart Sherwood Park's spa services are my choice to have my dog's nail's done. While he is very anxious, they are very good with him!

Took my kitten in for nail trimming and ear cleaning. I called as online it said walk ins for that and im glad I did. They informed me they only have one staff member for cats and booked me an appointment. Very helpful and friendly. When we went in they were quick, friendly and professional. It was my first time taking a pet in and I will forsure be going back. They made it smooth and easy. 10/10 would recommend.

Took my puppy to the groomers here. Booked in a day in advance as they had some staffing shortages. But that’s ok. They called me 90 mins before my scheduled appointment and asked if we could come early. I was already nearby. So it worked out perfectly! Quick Pawdicure for pup! Great service. Dog looks awesome! Thanks ladies!
