The lovely lady in fish Friday night 830 pm needs a raise. My son is obsessed with deadpool and we went to get a fish. She wrote fishpool on the bad. 11/10 awesome person ❤️

Not as big as other petsmart but has everything you need! I always shop online and use curbside pickup and this is the best and fastest petsmart for curbside pickups! Orders are always accurate too. Had a bad experience shopping in store once at this location when I was asking for help from an employee and before I could even finish talking she’s already telling me no there’s none left. I left a review directly on the petsmart survey they sent me and the manager was prompt to respond to me about my bad experience and said she’ll ensure staffs will be talked to about providing good customer service. Came in the store to shop a few times but didn’t have an issue because I didn’t need help so I can’t speak about the in store shopping experience improving. But online curbside pick up is A+

First time taking our cat to a groomers. The experience could not have been more rewarding. Taylor was so knowledgeable and loving. I am thrilled that the first experience was so positive. I will be taking her in for regular grooming now. The on-line appointment process was super easy and all the information that you need ahead of time is listed.

Came looking for pond fish. They had very few koi and even less goldfish. Gave 4 stars as my wife likes them for cat and dog supplies

The grooming staff are always amazing. They are so patient and kind with our miniature pinscher. Our min pin is a typical min pin and has his own personality but they don't mind his attempts to be sassy. They are always so gentle with him and work with his anxiety.

I bought salmon digestive food for my ailing dog. I was told by the the customer service at check out til that it can be returned if my dog sickness gets worst. Apparently he couldn't digest that or some kind of allergy with that food. I took it back to the Petsmart at Emerald hills Sherwood park but the lady at the desk just refused to take back the open bag. It was almost about $100 but since it was open full bag they didn't refund me my money. Horrible horrible these people are. I won't shop there anymore. Unless they REFUND ME. I left the bag in the store as it was of no use to me. I m very disappointed by the lady at the desk. she sounds very rude and frustrated in the morning. Around 1130am. When I bought it I was told different and when I returned it it was different. Petsmart should give clear and same instructions to all these workers there.

On Wednesday morning I went to buy some things for my dogs and cats and I noticed that the store manager is apparently a man from India, he is a fat and bald man, he is a very unpleasant person, the treatment he gave me It was horrible, and I kept seeing him and treating employees the same, how can a person like that be a manager? I will not return to this store! I'm leaving very disappointed, I don't want to imagine how he treats the employees ?

I had very bad experience for dog grooming yesterday, they added extra charges on my bill. I asked for nail trimming but they added the nail grinding for extra $19. I got it refunded but still it was something I didn’t asked for. Nails were not trimmed properly and after the cut the hair dust was all over in my car. The edmonton pet smart charge $75 but they charged $85. They kept the dog for 3.5 hour my dog was very stressed after his cutting all day he doesn’t like to be in cage for long.

Update: The salon mgr did reach out to me apologized in delay in reaching out to me. The delay was a result of a mind lapse on the part of mgmt.While I won't be returning with my pup I do appreciate the effort and apology provided by the salon manager.As such I'll increase my 1 star review to a 3 star. My dog is still not healthy so hopefully the meds she's on and rest she's been given works!------------------Update. Do NOT take your dog here.My chihuahua was in the grooming salon located at the emerald hills location in sherwood park alberta on March 24th 2024.She came straight home after the appointment and has not been outside or been around any dogs since her time at your grooming salon. I live in a condo, she is pee pad and astroturf trained, and treadmill trained.All of her shots are up to date.She was rushed to the emergency vet on March 31st with a diagnosis of kennel cough / rhinitis / reverse sneeze.The only place she has been where she has access to other dogs or where other dogs have been is at petsmart emerald hills location.I contacted the store yesterday and spoke to the assistant manager who said he would speak with the salon manager who was off yesterday and someone would get back to me today.As of the writing of this, no one from the emerald hills location has contacted me today.I wanted to bring to bring this to your attention because as a long time loyal customer of petsmart in general and for the past couple of years the emerald hills grooming salon I felt it was imperative to let the company know this happened to my tiny 8 lb dog at your establishment and to ensure someone checks into this and why it happened so another dog and their owner does not go through the experience my dog and my fiance and I have gone thru since this very upsetting and very expensive diagnosis.It has been an eye opening costly endeavor for sure! A grand total of $341.20 was unnecessarily spent on vets and medications to help my chihuahua get back to her normal healthy self.I have been a pet owner for 30+ years. I understand and appreciate that where more than 1 dog is kennel cough may happen. Nevertheless, when I trust this company with my dog, I am trusting she will come back to me as healthy as she was when she is dropped off.Petsmart Emerald Hills please close the grooming file on my dog. She will NOT be back to your store for grooming.------------------Took my chihuahua here to see Cyan for a front to back top to bottom pampering and boy did she deliver. I specifically asked for extra attn to be given to her nails and cyan did a great job. My lil princess came back to me happy, super soft and smelling amazing! This is my goto place now and cyan if you haven't had the opportunity to have her pamper your pet you should she does a great job! Highly recommend!Only thing we didn't get and my fiance mentioned when he saw our pup was she didn't get a bandana as mentioned in the pkg purchased. Other than that were happy with job done ✔️ ?

I have been getting my little Yorkshire terrier (less than 3lbs) groomed there for over 10 years now. For a few years it was tough as we would find great groomers and they would leave.Taylor has been such a phenomenal groomer to my little girl! She is so understanding and you sense the genuine care! My lil girl is sooo trimmed and hates her paws or teeth touched and always runs away. I recommend Taylor and trust her soo much with my dog! She always looks so nice and clean and soo soft!
