Fantastic service! My first time there as I needed an air filter. Oil change place wanted $40 and partsource was $20. Leroy was wonderful, answered all my questions and went way beyond my expectations in service. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend to all. The environment was great and the entire staff seemed nice and helpful. Thank you so much Leroy for helping an old woman out ?

Arrived 5 minutes before close to find door locked. Myself and 3 other customers in the parking lot. Disappointed. Won't bother going back.

As usual received the wrong part from a partsource...Yes i can return it but a huge waste of time and effort.Im 50/50 with any parts i ever recieve from partsource... so order here at your own risk of time and effort.

I was sent here by my mobile mechanic. As pleasant and warm and friendly I tried to be, I was met with an unsmiling face, dead eyes and zero warmth or welcome as a customer. As he (RYARUN7) had to wait for me to confirm engine size for rear brake pads, I said “sorry” as I was apparently inconveniencing him by giving Partsource another $90 of my money. Response? If he could’ve rolled his eyes I wouldn’t have been surprised. I hate going to this place. They didn’t have any oil pans so I had to go to good old Canadian Tire anyways… where I know my patronage is appreciated. And? I found out CT owns Partsource ?

the incompetence of the staff can be comparable to the ability of a 2 year old with no limbs, they sent me on a wild goose chase to 2 different locations so i could get a key cut, pretty simple job if you ask me. i know im never coming back here AGAIN, please seriously consider this review

First time I was at this store in Sherwood Park.I can't say enough about the curtesy and help I received today..I purchased wiper blades and Scott installed them in minutes.The store itself is Bright and clean
