I really appreciated how upfront and responsive the experience was with my salesman Ben, and the finance department. After a less than comfortable experience at a different Mazda dealership, this experience was refreshing.

Sells lemons, Do NOT purchase from here. we bought our mazda from them, it was pre-owned, the orginal owner traded it in for a upgrade, but originally bought the car (our car) from them. We even bought the extended warranties and everything. Since march 2024, when we purchased the car, we have had to take it in to service so many times, the sensors keep having issue, from the wipers to tire pressures. This time, We made an appointment online for the winter package. We should have seen the signs when we kept calling and calling to try to move it to the week after. No one ever responded. But we somehow got an email for the reminder for our appointment. Anyway, We finally took it in for our winter tires for changing,and the car was having yet another issue with the tire pressure sensor and i was told it will be looked at(these tires came with the car upon purchase) after making me wait for 4 hours, they told me I had a bend rim, which is kinda strange, since they were the ones that took the winters off and put in all seasons, they should have noticed the bent rim when they had it in the spring, as after they replaced them we just brought them home and put the in the garage. We can't possibly bend rims by hand? They still went ahead and installed it, telling us we may feel a wobble, (cause that wobble makes me feel sooo safe for the winter right), also, after all this time, when presenting the bill, they gave us a 'raincheck' for our alignment services, as they did not have time, but went agead and charged me for it, they said they would have us bring the car in another day and take care of it, no charge..really i JUST paid for it? And they never went ahead and rebooked me.Also , We (poorly) decided to have our tires stored with them this time. They left the tires in the car when I paid the and went to drive away and go home on my bent rim. The tiers were STILL in my car, I know it was a Friday and people were rushing to go home, but really? when I brought it to their attention, they apologized and hurried to put them away for storage, (I just hope they don't get missplaced) the final straw that made me write this review was the fact that when i turned on the car, the sensors will STILL not fixed. The mechanic told me that because the old tires are still in the car, your car is reading them, should go away in under 10 km, not to worry. Well, It's been a week almost of driving the car, and I still have the senor issue. So in summary, I went to get my winters changed and senor fixed, and I came home with more issues, and the sad part it, they still haven't called to get my alignment done, nor returned my calls about my sensors.
Not happy.

Working with Park Mazda has been great experience. Ajaypay was very pleasant and didn’t apply pressure on making a decision. He answered all questions and assisted in setting up our Mazda before taking delivery. Overall, a great experience.

I recently had the pleasure of chatting with Breyanna and Shiela at the Service desk at Park Mazda, and their service was truly outstanding—second to none. They were incredibly professional, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Both Breyanna and Shiela went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and comfortable with all the information I was requesting, answering all my questions thoroughly. Their dedication to excellent customer service is evident, and it makes all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you, Breyanna and Shiela! Highly recommend!

The service here is really bad. When you have an appointment, you have to wait for three to four hours. And the remote starter you spent more than a thousand to install broke after more than a year and two months, and there is no warranty! Definitely do not recommend buying a car here! The after-sales service is really too bad!

Honestly so disappointed in the customer service side of this dealership/service department.
They’re extremely helpful when they hand you a $4000.00 bill, but if you decline it good luck having a phone call returned.
Also extremely upset that I paid $2400 to extend my warranty to 5yrs, just to have absolutely nothing covered. Including having to pay $45.00 to replace a rear taillight which should be, as is in the “fine print” of your bumper to bumper warranty.
My husband and I have been customers of Mazda, in particular Park Mazda for 15 yrs. Unfortunately due to the lack of knowledge by their service team on what is covered by your normal warranty let alone your extended warranty, they also push and push for you to take a loaner vehicle and leave yours there to be worked on whenever they have time/get to it. I also have to say Hope (one of the many service managers/assistants) is very unhelpful, as she can’t do anything on her own, or has to “clear” it with someone else.
We’ve also been told many times that it costs $90+ dollars to replace/change out a cabin air filter… why? When the part at their own parts desk is only $45 and you’ve already taken out my old one to tell me it needs replaced to put it back and charge me twice the amount to replace it?
Needless to say, Park Mazda has gone down hill. With there services, coverage and helpfulness. The mechanics are fantastic at job so I can’t say anything bad about them.
I suppose it’s just another greasy mechanic shop.

Park Mazda Sherwood Park was referred to me by my friend. They were very accomodating. Ms Kathy Corpuz, assisted me and answered all my queries. She was transparent and honest. When we met face to face, she was able to give us options based on our budget and preferences. During signing of contract, they even picked us up and returned back home. We are so happy to get our new car delivered to our doorsteps. I am highly recommending Park Mazda Sherwood Park, and Ms Kathy Corpuz, for those who would like to seek options in getting new car

Although I didn't end up buying my Mazda here, I felt urged to leave a review, as I was treated very well by the staff. Ben made a lot of time for me and my family to test drive while we were considering different trim options, he was very knowledgable and giving of his time. I'm sorry we couldn't make a deal happen. I will be servicing my new CX-90 here, as I did with my old Mazda 3. I have a lot of confidence in the dealership, and service department.

I wish I could give zero stars but I guess 1 will do. It’s very disappointing that business’ don’t follow appointment times anymore. Brought my wife’s vehicle in for an oil change…just an oil change.Appointment time was for 9 which I was early for. Oil change wasn’t completed until 11:23. 2.5 hours for an oil change. I’m sorry but that’s ridiculous. I’ve done oil changes myself without all the fancy tools that I’m sure a dealership has and it takes way less time and I’m not a professional. Even taking into account their included inspection (which they choose to do on their services) it’s unacceptable that it took them that long for an oil change. If I would have had to pay for this kind of service I would have been even more livid, but even it being free it’s still sad.

Dropped in to check out a used Suv they had on their lot for my wife. I dealt with Luke in sales, half hour later we purchased the Suv. Easy and no hassle. Edwin in finance was also great to deal with. All around great place to purchase a new or used vehicle. Friendly staff.They also play cool music in showroom. Thanks guys.
