“I first went into this store last week to pick up mine and my sister’s new phones and Tony had assisted me and was so friendly and helpful. Since picking up our phones my sister has switched her phone over to her new phone but unfortunately she has been unable to log into the Xfinity account to monitor our cameras. I contacted Rogers Tech team last week and after being on hold for over 2 hours and being transferred to I can’t remember how many people, I was finally informed that the Xfinity app was having issues and that they did not know how long it would be down. I said that did not make sense as it was working fine on my phone and the tech member said, that’s all I can tell you.

So my sister has tried removing the app, cleaning out cookies etc and still no luck so we went into the Rogers store today. We explained to the associate Nav what the problem has been and how we spoke to Tech support and trouble shooted on our own. After hearing all this Nav tried a few things and was also running into some difficulties and he then asked Tony who remembered me from when I picked up the phones.

So both Nav and Tony were trying to figure out how they could fix this issue for us and apologizing for how long it was taking and my sister and I both stated that it was no problem and that we were glad it wasn’t just us. At this point Tony contacted a couple of other managers from other locations and found out that they had customers coming in with the same complaints, so at that point Tony stated that unfortunately at this time they could not do anything in the store to fix the issue. So Nav made notes on my account so that when I contact the Tech team again hopefully they will be able to fix the problem.

I am very happy with the service that we received in the store from both Tony and Nav because they both went above and beyond to help us they are definitely an asset to your store and Rogers ???”
