Tim was very pleasant, extremely knowledgeable and personable. He was very friendly, gave a few choices of mattresses based on preference and helped connect the correct comfort and choice. Delivery was on time and the setup was flawless. Tim was thorough and helpful, leading to a comfortable bed while staying within budget. Joyce was very knowledgeable about mattresses, sleeping positions, product materials and seemed genuinely interested in help get the right mattress, pillows etc for best sleep. She really listened to what was needed and prices seem quite reasonable. The service was amazing, excellent and never felt rushed and pressured. Tim and Joyce would definitely recommend Mattress Mattress.
