Needed something different for my wife' who only eats vegan. The clerk explained how to identify vegan. vegetarian and normal selections. There is a fairly good variety of vegan and the tomato and spinach gnocchi was excellent. Prices are good and it is very easy to wander among the freezers and pick out whatever you like.

M&M foods is a household name for a reason. Excellent quality products when you consider that everything is from frozen, and the staff are wonderfully helpful, and friendly.
