I had difficulty with the car wash. In particular the door would not open. After attempting the first time and going back into the store to notify them the employee came out. She then realized that I was correct and something was not working. So she then had to go back to the store front to get her keys to try and open the door. The door would still not open. She had printed a new code as my original code was now saying inactive. When the door would not open a second time an asked for a refund which she declined saying the code she had given would work perhaps even tomorrow. I left as I had to drop my son off at basketball practice. I did return and ask for the refund. She made a comment about ‘oh you came back just for the car wash refund?’ I did get my money back and wasted 30 minutes of my time. Perhaps the most frustrating thing was that each time I entered the store, a total of three times, I had to call out to be helped when there were two employees working. A very frustrating experience and no real apology.

Average gas station with decent prices most times. The pumps are sometimes finicky and won’t accept your Esso card or PC points card so you have to go inside for that.

This USED to be my favorite gas station, then something happened!!!
Using the debit at the pumps are a MAJOR hassle! The readers work off and on and the menu is a pain. My Esso card has not worked here for a year and the staff is clueless! The pump stations are not well maintained.
Just save yourself the grief and go on down a half block to the PetroCan on the other side of the street.

Bunch of dishonest cashiers. Esso has a promo that if anyone purchase gas, cashiers need to ask the customer if they wanted carwash. But they haven't, and they would claim that they have asked but indeed have not. Happened with me many times now.
