Was in the market for new winters, so I initially priced a set out at Canadian Tire.
My dad recommended Kal-Tire instead, so I went and priced out a set of RoadX RXFrost FX11 winter tires for my Elantra, as the price was right and reviews were great; sure enough, Kal-Tire quoted me several hundred dollars less for an equivalent product, installation, and balancing services.
The staff (sorry didn’t get names) were professional and service was excellent. The shop was clean and organized. The prices and fees are competitive and reasonable, and I’m super stoked to test out the tires after first snowfall! I will be dealing with Kal-Tire in the future. Thank you.

Came in on a Friday and got 4 new tires and an alignment for my vehicle.
The service was fast and it was nice to receive texts knowing when my service was done.
I did have an air loss issue over the weekend (woke up on Sunday and my new tire was down to 22 psi from 38 psi). I called on Monday and got it in right away, the replaced the valve stem that morning, and the problem appears resolved.
I was assured that if the air loss problem exists still, to bring it in and I'll get a new tire.

Recently had my F150 in for a tire valve replacement. Shout out to the boys for prompt and professional service. Special mention to Tim. His customer service is fantastic. Not only with me but also with other customers I saw come and go in the waiting area.

Had a punctured tire. Quick to try and weasel me into their busy day. Very reasonable prices as they don’t try and ‘round up’ to all the other dealership/ big shop minimum rates. Thanks!
