I understand that the pricing reflects the convenience of not having to wash my very dirty car after off-roading, and I am happy to pay for that. However, I do not appreciate the constant, high-pressure upselling of additional services that I have not requested. If I wanted those services, I would ask for them. I find this sales tactic to be unpleasant and believe a more polite and less aggressive approach would be more effective. I am usually not easily agitated, but I almost left without getting my car washed. Please respect that "no" means "no."

I've never seen so much grease on hoses. I ruined a pair of shoes and a pair of pants just trying to get my vehicle cleaned. Them just saying oops sorry it happens is not okay.. Now I need to go home and degrease the inside of my vehicle after walking around a "wash bay". Definitely the last time that I'm going to be here

This place was never really a "nice place to go" but for over 14 years, I've taken all the family vehicles there as I keep a handful of their tokens. But as I was recently told to get out with an F150, that's the end of the "era". Best of luck.

Stop here every morning for fuel and snacks for the work day. Fast service, morning staff always friendly and welcoming. Will continue using Hughes for fuel and car washes!

The rv WASH ATTENDEE WHO SLIGHTLY LOOKS LIKE THE TELE-TUBBY cartoon character show just walks around and does nothing but looks down on you if you don’t wash your car fast.

The idea of not making tap available and then using non refundable tokens in car wash is a scam and I wouldn’t go back to Hughes. I asked attendant how much an F150 needed she says at least $20, only needed $15

Well after 26 years of coming to this location I was told I can not bring my truck in to wash -also lied to that the door will come down on my truck when I know it won’t as I worked at that location and I know the door power switch was off ?
Wash bay attendant should just wash bays not harass customers!

So off I went to competition, found new wash place to have nicer , cleaner facility- bought a loyalty card - I’m allowed to bring my truck in and has free vacuuming that is a win win for me
