Terrible service. My company vehicle was left there for oil change and tire service. My engine was sprayed with oil leaving a big puddle of oil on the road in front of my house. I had to go to work and I asked the service writer to just just check to see if there is something serious because I had to go to work but they wouldn't do it. I'd had to leave the vehicle with them. They had it for two days already. I'll never go back. There loosing alot of service with the company and my personal vehicles. I had to clean the engine/compartment myself.

I was going to buy a second set of tires in two months but was not treated well by one of the service advisors. (canceled appointment) If you go to this Fountain Tire deal with Mitchell he was great on my first set of tires. He will treat you like a valued customer. Don't hold your breath for a response with the copy-paste reply below.

Thank you some much fountain tire for covering my entire check. After taking care of my flat tires I appreciate that so much. I've been having a tough couple weeks after finding out I had unknown charges to my bank account. And than finding out I had flat tires too today aswell. This made my day. My Dad John Hulsman always says " that's why we keep doing business with you guys. You are a hard working team. And we appreciate the work you guys do". Thank you.!!

A big thank you to the entire team at fountain tire, especially Trevor, Rick and Cory. I thought for sure I needed new brakes, so booked an appointment for today. Turns out my brakes are fine, which was a huge relief financially. They could have easily replaced them, but instead were completely honest. I also had a special request, which they fulfilled and of which i could not be more grateful for. The entire team was incredible to deal with, the service was excellent, along with the prices. Thank you so much, I really appreciate all of you!

Came into the city for a day trip when driving through some construction must’ve picked up a piece of metal that punctured one of my tires, called these guys as they were closest, and they were accommodating, and quick service, got my tire plugged and patched up in under an hour. ?, Thank you Mitchell and his amazing team for looking after us today so we can make our 2 1/2 hour commute home safely, these guys are the guys!

I had booked my appointment with Fountain Tire in Sherwood Park. Fantastic experience and I would recommend personally. The service started right from the Quoting process to booking of the appointment to the clean drop box, matched with informed communication through out the day with updates while my vehicle was being taken care. I will definitely continue to go there for my vehicle needs! I had a great experience. Thank you to all of the people who make this company work.

I was en route out of town via plane when I realized my tire was leaking air quickly. Parked for two weeks, it would surely be flat when I returned. The staff and service at Fountain Tire were amazing! Exceptionally accommodating and friendly. My issue was fixed and I was on my way in a half hour.
I highly recommend this tire shop and will be visiting it again, undoubtedly, if I ever need anything car-related in Edmonton. Thank you, Fountain Tire, for fixing my ride! ?

Needed a wheel balanced after a weight fell off. Called and they got me in and had my tire balanced within an hour and a half. Friendly staff, good price and quick.
