We have been using Dan's for a few years now and really appreciate them. Everyone from the front desk to the back is thoughtful, courteous and professional. I always leave feeling confident in the work they have done and everyone there goes out of their way to be helpful.

I would highly recommend this garage for your automotive work. I recently tried doing some work myself on my car and ran into some issues and major time constraints. I called several garages who told me to drop off the parts and they would try to get it done by the end of day, no guarantee that it would get done. I needed the parts the same day, so in comes Dan's automotive. I called them and they were like, no problem bring in the parts. We'll get it done. When I got to the shop, I greeted by very friendly people and knowledgable staff. They got my parts working for me and I was able to finish the work on my car within my time constraints. Great shop that I would recommend 100%Thank you Dan's!

Take your vehicle elsewhere.If you get a quote from these guys, get it in writing, NO MATTER WHAT. I was quoted by Scott for a work on my vehicle and called back less than an hour later to book it in. Quote was $794.90.Appointment day comes, dropped it off at 8:30am, mechanic took keys as the receptionist wasnt there. 3:30pm rolls around and still no call, so I called to ask if it was done. The lady said no so I asked if there was problems, she said no, it was just started late.Next day rolls around, I receive the call saying it's done, but the total is DOUBLE, at $1570. I was expecting the additional $150 to mount and balance my tires, which I asked about at drop off, but the extra $626!?Book time to do front shocks - 2.2hrs(charged 2.2 plus 2hrs)Book time to do rear struts - 1.2hrs (charged 1.2hrs)Alignment - 1hr (charged $160)Book time to do main belt - 0.7hrs (charged 1.4hrs)I told the lady about my quote over the phone and at pickup, she said she didn't have the authority to give a discount and to call to talk to Dan (owner) the next day and explain, so he can decide what to discount. I call, can't talk to him. I call again, mechanic answers and tries to justify himself. Receptionist calls back and says there is no quote, Scott doesn't work there anymore for "obvious reasons" and there will be no discount unless I can prove I was quoted. Dan would not talk to me.This place is SLIMY. Taking advantage of someone who received a quoted price, just to be charged double is disgusting. I was quoted by other shops who were cheaper than the $1570, $855-1090 to be exact. Of course no payment, no vehicle. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Excellent work! Scott found mistakes made by prior mechanics, explained everything thoroughly to me, saved parts to show me he removed. Fair pricing, and these are people I can trust. I will not be taking vehicles to anyone else. These guys are the best!
