“Had a deer processed there in 2009, was A grade packaging. 2 years later still perfect. Due to moving and covid meat got forgotten. Have now got it back was going to give to a buddy to use in on his trap line. Tried a tenderloin, no freezer burn, no degradation of any sort. Tasted fantastic. What ever they do works . Have told others.Have cooked a roast, just as good.”
