The staff here were so patient with my very nervous puppy. The girls came outside to help me bring her in, offered her treats and toys and let us hang out in the corner of the store for as long as we needed until my puppy was comfortable enough to sniff around and say hi. They even carried my dog food to the car for me. Above and beyond service and genuine care for each dog and customer!

I contacted Bone and Biscuit hoping they could put some sort of bakery basket together for my best friends very sick dog. Not only did Sean put one together for me, he said he would deliver it personally since she lived close to the store. They don't even offer delivery! Sean also REFUSED a tip from me, and refused that I pay for the delivery! ?❤️ Out of the kindness of his heart, he put this together for her, with a HAND WRITTEN NOTE and delivered it to her dog.. I am too far away to have done it myself but this is most DEFINITELY the next best thing. BEST. SERVICE. EVER. Felt like I was speaking to an old friend that just wanted to help. Thank you Sean, your kindness does not go unnoticed and I promise to pay it forward ❤️❤️❤️

We have been going to this Bone and Biscut for years! The folks that run this place are such wonderful people. They’re knowledgeable and so helpful and they genuine care about you and your furry family members. I’d honestly add 5 more starts for ms B the shop pup ❤️

I have been a customer of Bone & Biscuit in Sherwood Park for 15+ years. The selection of products good and they rewards programs they help facilitate are a bonus.I recently had an interaction with the owner where, in her effort to educate me, she ended trying to win an argument, laying judgement, and insulting me.My loyalty to this store is quite diminished.

Great place, great people. Always get my cat CBD oil here to help my senior kitty with arthritis. It’s not the cheapest but it’s a great pet specialty store, and they often have sales.
