Lisa @Solara in Sherwood Park was amazing! As a first time hot tub buyer she made the process easy and informative! She consistently followed up and kept me informed after the rub was ordered as well as provided information for fantastic companies to build my pad and look after the electrical. After the tub arrived she came to my home for a personal tutorial on how to use the chemicals and tub operations, which I definitely appreciated!! All around amazing service and would highly recommend to anyone!

We inherited a hot tub when we bought our place a few years ago. Solara (Beachcomber then) became our go-to place for service and supplies. Having no previous tub experience, the staff at Solara were very helpful in getting us started. We have used their service department, have our water tested, and buy all of our care products from them. This past weekend they had their fall sale and I bought a couple things. I realized a few days later that I needed more product but the promotion had ended. Kelly was kind enough to extend the promotion for me, saving me quite a bit. Kelly and the staff are always friendly and ready to lend a helping hand!

Lisa was incredible to deal with in purchasing our beachcomber. The best communication from sale through to getting setup and understanding hot tub care after delivery. Would highly recommend anyone buying a hot tub visit Solara!

Solara/Beachcomber has always been great to deal with. We bought our Beachcomber LEEP350 a number of years ago through their Costco promotion but this location has been our "go to" for supplies and when we need to replace filters etc. We have now put a deposit on another hot tub (Fantasy Entice) for our cabin and Kelly has been awesome with advice and patient as we sort through what we need for installation etc. Couldn't be happier.

As newbies to hot tubs, we had a very positive experience with Lisa during the whole process. While we can evaluate and appreciate the purchasing part of our experience with Solara, we will still have to wait until our renovation is done to see how the delivery of the hot tub and its performance will stack up. If the initial service is an indication of what is to come, we anticipate to be very satisfied. We can't wait to experience our own hot tub hopefully soon.

Kelly helped us pick the right tub at the right price, made things simple which helped a lot. Everything happened exactly as he explained it would, from the payment process, the delivery/setup, and the maintenance support now too. Really enjoying the tub!

I have decided to purchase a hot tub and was interested learning about the hot tubs available at Solara in Sherwood Park. I entered the store and the store manager Kelly directed my questions to a lovely lady named Debbie. I had some questions that she needed more information on and she asked Kelly to help. He dismissed us saying he was in the middle of something on the computer and we would need to wait until he was done. I was the only customer in the store. It turns out he was in the middle of booking a hotel and selling me a hot tub was not his priority on this day. I am certainly grateful to see how dismissive he was both to his coworker and myself, the customer. He would not look at us he simply put up a finger and said he was busy while scrolling on the computer. It gave me perfect insight into the manner of the customer service I would be afforded in the future should I have been unfortunate enough to have bought a spa from Solara. Now, I can expend my efforts and spend my money at a business who priortizes customers over their personal entertainment plans. Thank-you. No truly, Thankyou for allowing me to see how I would be treated in advance so that I may avoid the same treatment in the future.
