“Took my vehicle in to Karmen today for some issues. Karmen explained everything and was extremely honest. On my invoice he only charged me for 1.4 hours of work, I thought it would have taken an average mechanic at least that time to diagnose those issues. Let alone fix them. That's how you know you're dealing with an honest mechanic. Wouldn't hesitate to go here again.”

“Was in the market for new winters, so I initially priced a set out at Canadian Tire.
My dad recommended Kal-Tire instead, so I went and priced out a set of RoadX RXFrost FX11 winter tires for my Elantra, as the price was right and reviews were great; sure enough, Kal-Tire quoted me several hundred dollars less for an equivalent product, installation, and balancing services.
The staff (sorry didn’t get names) were professional and service was excellent. The shop was clean and organized. The prices and fees are competitive and reasonable, and I’m super stoked to test out the tires after first snowfall! I will be dealing with Kal-Tire in the future. Thank you.”

PRICE: I checked some pricing at other locations and they were very competitive
